Quick delivery, premium packaging, beautiful product.

Well, ring looked good but two of the pearls came off the first day of wearing. Hopefully I'll be able to post a much better review of their customer service. We shall see...

The ring was thinner than I expected. I already have a similar Sif Jacobs ring which is wider and has a nice sparkle to it. The quality was good and also delivery time. Prefer to buy jewellery I can see in person.

Bought a new Heart pendant necklace and heart drop earrings from the New Hearts range .The items arrived promptly and they are really lovely-they are sterling silver and look great on.

Product was easy to purchase & delivery time was quick. Packaging was very good , keeping the product from being damaged. Collection at our local PO was very easy.

Beautiful earings. Ordered on line and received within 2 days. Well packaged and in a lovely presentation box. Just the right size and the colours are stunning. This is the second pair of earrings I've purchased and can't fault the quality or service.

I bought 2 rings and the quality is very good but one was too big so I needed to return. I first emailed a week ago for a returns label as it was missing from the box and the message said you will get back to me asap. I consider not hearing in a week a slow response time and when I did some research I found this has been a common problem for a few years now. This is a shame as the rings and previously bought earrings are lovely and were delivered fast. However it’s a shame that I now have low confidence that I will get sent a returns label soon and worried that I won’t get one before my 30 days are up. This is disappointing especially given the customer pays for the returns. If the returns label was placed in the delivery box each time this would help improve your star rating and reduce emails. Please can you look into this order UK12561 and send me a returns label asap so I can up date my review and feel confident to order from you in the future.

Lovely ring, great value in the sale. Ordering was easy and my item arrived very quickly. I already have an item from this brand, both my items are great quality and lovely colours. The products are packaged beautifully.

Product seemed ok but need to return. I have emailed several times and not heard anything or received a returns label. Contact number is not available. Would not order from them again due to this reason.
