Product seemed ok but need to return. I have emailed several times and not heard anything or received a returns label. Contact number is not available. Would not order from them again due to this reason.

Swift delivery and love the earrings b dainty for second ear piercing holes

I received a beautiful piece of jewelry in a beautiful package. I am very pleased. The only downside is the ordering process itself. It was unclear when the order would arrive, the website says 2-3 business days, but that is not true. This made me nervous because it was a gift for my friend. Everything else is great.

I ordered an item on the 29th and subsequently requested a cancellation the day after as I realised it would not arrive in time. Despite this the order was dispatched on the 7th, 9 days after I placed the order and my cancellation request was ignored, despite contacting their customer service twice and receiving no response

Fantastic service from Sif Jakobs. I ordered a ring for my wife's birthday, which was delivered in time. The ring itself is stunning and my wife was delighted and impressed with her gift. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Great product, fast delivery.
One thing that could be better is the time window for feedback/making a decision about the product and whether to keep it - five days is way too short.
I was away and unable to consider this for the five days, and ideally I’d exchanged the ring for one size larger, however there was no opportunity to do that by the time I was able to think about the ring.

When I received an email from SiF Jewellery asking me ‘how satisfied I was with my purchase’ and asking me to leave a review… I burst out laughing! However the irony soon turned to frustration. Here’s the reason why… I did NOT receive my purchase (a Christmas present for my wife) and although I have made multiple attempts to contact both Sif Jakobs Jewellery and their chosen deliver company DPD, I have not yet had a response or had my purchase delivered. Although it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th Dec, five days before Christmas (I had received an email confirmation telling me this). So my wife was left with nothing to unwrap on Christmas morning, I instead made a last minute dash into London to get her something, both costly and time consuming. Therefore to get an email asking me how satisfied I am with my purchase… is laughable!

This was my first purchase. Lovely earrings and high quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Fabulous earrings! Only fly in the ointment was the delivery service provided by Dpd. The parcel was left at the wrong house. Not only that, but left for all to see on a car bonnet. Fortunately the parcel found its way to me as the neighbours are thoroughly decent. I have reported this to Sif Jakobs who acknowledged my concerns.

Prompt delivery in the time window stated. Products are as described, beautifully boxed and wrapped. Would use again

Bought a charm and a charm clip - both totally gorgeous - clipped it firmly onto my bracelet - a few hours later gutted to find that clip had ‘unclipped’ and clip and charm both gone - unable to find them - really gutted😢
