Brilliant screen everything and more on there ,takes a day to work it out but all good

Extremely happy with my New Hyundai i30 Head Unit.
Awesome little Unit.
Fits perfectly.
Excellent follow up Communication from Khan before Purchasing.
Took a month to arrive to Australia, however due to Pandemic restrictions etc that was understandable.
Would off been more helpful if it came with installation diagram eg. With what Cables go and plug into where etc..
Especially for entry level tech savvy installers.
And a Warranty Card also.
Programming Steering Wheel controls was a 2 day Challenge but thankfully theres a few Youtube videos out there to give you a step by step idea.

I made a mistake in ordering, Khan contacted me, pointed out the item wasn’t compatible with my car and immediately offered to process a refund. Amazing customer service - 5 stars all day long. Why can’t more companies be like this?

Stereo works great so far. Could have had better instructions for some of the wiring, but was pretty simple regardless.

I am a US expat living in Ecuador for the past 5 + years and just bought a used Suzuki Gran Vitara that needed an updated radio and display system including a rear view camera and support for Apple Car Play. After searching in Ecuador as well as in the US, all I found were very expensive components with little to no help or even consideration for me as a buyer. After doing a pretty through Google search and customer reviews of companies, I found a gem .. Sigma Car Stereo.

Khan, who runs an unbelievably organization, rapidly found the right choice of radio and components for my specific car (year, model, existing options) after interacting with me over WhatsApp .. never pushing for the sale but was focused on making sure that I received exactly what was needed. He also made sure that his best effort would be made to ship it to me while I was in Atlanta over Christmas and New Year, which was a real challenge since delivery dates from DHL were stated as the 2nd week of January. AND ... I received it 2 days after Christmas!! Not only was the price, including shipping, half of what I found elsewhere, but Khan's group also tested the functions of the radio and components before he sent them to me.

The rating I gave above was 5 stars but I would realistically give it 6-7 stars. Their support and clarity and honesty was an absolute pleasure to experience!!

Good service and communication the team knows the product

I was in doubt about the purchase of a radio/navigation for my (old) car. Without asking, I got very good and specific questions about the specs of my car, which helped me decide what to do even if that meant not buying the radio. also: very quick and friendly responses!

Realy nice product. Fast delivery and excellent support.

Delivery as promised, acceptable delivery time, no import tax, installation documentation confusing because there are many versions and settings that are not known by a do-it-yourselfer but good support when inquiring.
