My cousin saved hard and purchased his dream car from this outfit. The car was overpriced however he had set his heart on a white BMW420. The garage had stated that the price wasn't negotiable as they had replaced all four tyres at their expense. Shortly after driving the car home the first warning light appears on the dash board. He attempted to resolve the issue himself on several occasions sadly to no avail. He contacted Signature Cars who weren't helpful. He visited a reputable tyre specialist who advised him that the newly fitted tyres had been incorrectly fitted and were no longer road worthy. The inside wall of the tyres were doomed from fitment. He had to sign a disclaimer for the garage to refit the unsafe tyres. Signature Car Specialist have refused to accept responsibility of the fault and accept the car back, even though it is within the 30 day agreement. Following up the complaint he was distraught to discover that after spending all of his savings on his dream car at Signature Car Specialist is not recognised by the government backed self regulatory body for the motor industry the Motor Ombudsman.
Disgraceful for a car dealership that promises

Very very bad car sales people, dodgy cars and unseen damages, I advise everyone who buys a car from here to take it to the main dealers for a service and inspection.. make sure it’s done within the week because if you have any issues with the vehicle by law if you are unhappy with it you can return it, they lied to me and the proof is on the google reviews I have posted some pictures in there of them denying and lieing to my finance company about never repairing my car when it was send back to them 3 times. 1 of the repairs was 2 days after the purchase, my engine at this moment is costing me 6k to repair and I have already spent 3k on it for repairs within the 6 months of the purchase, very very bad people who show a smile on their face, 2 faced company who can’t correct their mistake they want you to accept “SORRY”, years of hard earn money was back breaking not from me having people off and saying sorry that’s how this company makes its money, I just bought a 23 plate from the main dealership BMW AND I AM ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED.. why? Because the instrest rates was half of what this company charged me and I have a decent warranty and am dealing with people who actually are willing to help correctly, SCS CAR SPECIALIST MADE ME PARK MY CAR FOR 5 weeks just for an inspection after my rare air suspension exploded with my 1 year old daughter in the car not once but twice it was on the second time where they made me park my car for 5 weeks so they can tell the finance company that my warranty has ran out, I am willing to share all the details with anyone who sees this comment.. my number is 07777733288 I will send you all the emails on how they lie, a company with your standard should never lie to a customer.. i am over it but I will never let it go and by the way the only thing I requested is that because my vehicle was stationary for 5 weeks because “the mechanic was off” to knock off a months payment or reimburse me for my loss the manager said “we will give you 6 months rac for free it’s worth £1000” when I checked the rac website the package they offered me was £250 if I bought it direct from the RAC, even the help they offered was full of lies, please do not hesitate to contact me I will prove it to you and I have all my paperwork work here that will prove every single word I have said today is the truth, I can lie and add things but I won’t.. I won’t act how this company treated me but I will expose them with the truth and I hope they are to be shut down.. £35k they charged me for a car that I don’t even look at anymore (I have a 1 year old and now a 8week old baby) the car is not safe.

Great company to deal with , very easy transaction , we dealt with Abi and it was a pleasure , we love the X3 and it drives great !

Avoid garage, purchased car on 11 August, it failed to start the following morning and every morning after that.

Aftersales not very helpful, in the end we had to use our consumer rights to reject vehicle, as it was not fit for purpose (would not start)

Under these rights we are entitled to reasonable costs to be refunded. They are now refusing to refund us delivery/collection charge and cost of new battery, (they had agreed battery cost, but we have not receive this) even though consumer law states they need to refund delivery and other reasonable cost. Currently in contact RAC complaints to support us, as the garage is an RAC approved dealership, as garage is not acknowledging or replying to emails.

It’s £495 we are expecting back

So please be careful everyone.

I have been meaning to review this company for a while; I never had the time to do it, so here it is. Since the day I bought the BMW X5, I've had nothing but problems, from the leaking washer bottle, which was cracked, to the front grille, which fell out while on the motorway, to the rear airbag suspension bag, which popped 8 days after owning the motor. Do I recommend this place? HELL NO It seems like they sell that RAC warranty with the car because you will need it after buying a vehicle from them. Seems like they polish cars up for a quick sale.
