Avoid like the plague!
I am giving it 1 star because visually the car is a nice looking car. That's where the positive feedback ends.
From the minute I dropped the delivery driver off to the train station I've had problems with the car and the shocking customer service from the dealer.
Within 1 minute of driving away an engine light came on in the car. Not what you expect after paying £18495 + £200 delivery costs and an RAC safety check & platinum warranty. The dealer initially seemed helpful they booked me into a local garage who couldn't see me until 2 weeks time. The car ended up having to go to Mercedes which was booked in a few days later who then advise me my brakes pads were 3mm which is below what the RAC safety check should allow. I made the dealer aware this is unacceptable after owning the car for such a short time and they ignored my emails. Then a few weeks later another engine light comes up so back to a 3rd garage who now confirm the brakes are at 1mm so no choice but to replace the pads and discs to keep my children safe. I submitted a report from the garage with photos of the pads and brakes to the RAC dispute team to complain and the dealer is refusing to compensate me and the RAC are useless. If you think you have peace of mind with an RAC approved car and warranty. THINK AGAIN.
Shocking customer service Signature Cars and clearly in house/ dodgy MOTs! Avoid avoid avoid.
I'm taking this further so no need to comment back trying to redeem yourselves thanks!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we'd like to clarify the situation from our side, based on the facts.
Firstly, you viewed the vehicle at our showroom and test drove it prior to purchasing. At that time, you requested delivery and mentioned that the vehicle would be inspected by your father, who is a mechanic. We proceeded with the delivery and, as requested, the vehicle was checked over by your father, who gave it the all-clear.
Shortly after the vehicle was delivered, the engine management light (EML) came on. At that point, we offered you the option to return the vehicle or have the issue addressed at a garage of your choice. The car was then booked into a local specialist who identified a potential issue with the oxygen sensor and replaced it. We covered the cost of this repair. They also carried out a full inspection and gave the vehicle the all clear.
After replacing the oxygen sensor, the EML light reappeared. The vehicle was then taken back to the same garage, who revised their diagnosis and discovered that the issue was not the sensor but rather a software update recommended by Mercedes Benz. We advised you to take the car to the Mercedes main dealer to carry out the necessary update.
At Mercedes, the software update was successfully carried out, which resolved the issue. Mercedes also conducted a full vehicle health check and made a recommendation regarding the rear brake pads. When the vehicle was sold, the brake pads had 5mm of wear remaining, which is well within the acceptable range. The vehicle’s onboard computer is designed to alert drivers when brake pads are nearing the end of their lifespan, typically around 5000 miles in advance. In this case, the system did not indicate any urgent issues with the brakes at the time of sale.
We understand that main dealers may recommend changes to parts based on their own policies, but it’s important to note that the brake pads on your vehicle were not at an end-of-life condition when you purchased the car, and there were no immediate concerns regarding safety.

Mint car, excellent and pleasant experience
I have recently purchased my new car( 335d) from this dealership, and there is only one word to describe it, mint. The exterior, interior and mechanical side of the car is perfect. This was but far the easiest purchase I have made, due to past experiences when buying a car I expected a long and hard process when buying the car yet I was treated respectfully and the process was suprisingly very quick and easy. I would definitely be buying more cars in the future from this dealership and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Dodgy dealer! Recommendation: AVOID!
Dodgy dealer, even tried to blackmail me upon (paid) receipt of the car!
All sweetness, until we discovered a major, non-advertised and never mentioned huge scratch all over the rear windscreen. At that point, and given that we arranged a pick up on arrival by airplane, the so-called dealer tried to blackmail us into not complaining! However, by then we already paid and got the papers.
Within days, the car showed a serious oil leak. Following the RAC warranty procedure, I took it to Audi who discovered that whoever did the service incompetently used two washers instead of one. Also, despite the car being advertised as fully and newly serviced, they discovered that the brake fluid hadn't been changed.
RAC refused responsibility and blamed it on the dealer. The so-called dealer claims that they should have been contacted (not RAC procedure at all) and denies any responsibility, as usual. They even laughably threatened to sue for giving them bad, factual marks in an invitational RAC survey! Hence, I doubt that even most of the reviews here are real and not left under threat of supposedly legal action.
Either way, there is zero trust here, they have broken it every single time. Based on our personal experience, there is only one recommendation we can give: AVOID AT ALL COST!
PS: The "response" below is utter rubbish, of course, only confirming these are indeed DODGY DEALERS. Again, AVOID AT ALL COST!

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. At Signature Car Specialists, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers, and your case was no exception.
To clarify the situation: we understand that you were on a road trip to Poland when the vehicle you had previously purchased from another dealership broke down. In an effort to assist you at very short notice during this challenging time, we personally delivered your new vehicle to Heathrow Airport upon your return to the UK — something we were happy to do to help accommodate your needs so that you could continue your road trip.
At the point of handover, you raised a concern about a minor mark on the rear windscreen. This was a superficial imperfection, expected on an 11-year-old vehicle. Despite this, you made an unreasonable demand for a substantial reduction in price, which we felt was not justified. We were transparent in our communication and made it clear that if the vehicle did not meet your expectations, you were under no obligation to proceed. You ultimately chose to go ahead with the purchase voluntarily.
The oil leak issue that later emerged was the result of specifically, an error involving the use of two washers instead of one. Although we understand you pursued this through the RAC warranty route, we were not contacted directly at the time, which limited our ability to assist further.
It’s unfortunate that your review seems to reflect disappointment over not receiving a discount, rather than the service or vehicle itself. We always aim to treat every customer fairly and honestly, and we stand by how we handled this situation.

Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with. Bought a beautiful 2016 plate BMW X5 from these guys and we are overjoyed. 4 weeks in a part failed and they fixed the car the very next day and we got a like for like replacement for 24 hours and they fuelled it too. Highly recomended.
