Kevin explained all of my questions in a concise, easy to understand manner. I wish tech support in other industries were like this.

I can honestly say that without the help and support from Signature Solar, my solar journey would not be a satisfying and efficient as it is.

Kevin Juarez of Signature Solar has helped me on many occasions, demonstrating his extensive knowledge of the EG4 system. He is very attentive, respectful, and professional.

I would like to thank everyone at Signature Solar who assisted me with my purchase of a larger inverter. I upgraded from a 6000 XP to a 12000 XP. After my purchase with Richard, I recently needed technical support to remove and add a dongle. I spoke with Javier, who resolved the issue in less than a minute. Thank you all; I look forward to doing more business in the coming year.

Five stars for Keshawn Gray. I’m running a critical agricultural operation and my FlexBoss 21 hit a complete fault mode. Keshawn was incredibly professional and patient while we navigated some Starlink upload hurdles (photos and documentation). He recognized the urgency of my situation and the known DC-DC board defect immediately, bypassing the usual back-and-forth to get my case escalated to EG4 for an expedited RMA. Exemplary support!

I have had a wonderful experience with Signature Solar thus far and they go out of their way to help with every issue I have had. They are very hands on and even help remotely with my settings. Keshawn was the most recent person to help me today and literally every single person I have talked to since buying my inverters has helped me with everything I have asked and more! If you are even considering going solar, definitely go with them! I was stuck with SunGold inverters for 4 years and I literally had at least 1 major issue every month and blown circuit boards about every 3 months and very little help from them, ever. This will make you love Signature Solar even more and appreciate each and every time you talk to them!

After numerous emails trying to get the salesperson to send me all the info so I could purchase it, I quit. I have emailed and emailed this guy, trying to get very short basic answers in order to know what I will still need to do after the purchase. I received the invoice and the pricing seemed fair, but none of the products came with the compliance numbers that the city requires. When I asked him about it he suggested that I pay $750 to have a company they work with help with drawings and other things the city wanted. I said, great get me the info and invoice and I'll pay. Once again, nothing was sent. If this is the way the purchase goes, I can't imagine if there's an issue. Or maybe that's the problem; they have issues/fires they are dealing with?

Ricky and the guys at Signature Solar were great. I enjoyed having the English-speaking support. He was readily available to talk and text message throughout the deal. As a bonus, the system arrived super quick and ahead of schedule.

Richard Fitzsimmons knocked it out of the park for me. Got me me what I needed in minimal time or effort.

When I contacted Signature Solar to order solar equipment for my cabin, they provided personalized service. The quality of the equipment they recommended is exceptional. Since then, whenever I've needed additional accessories or equipment, I've contacted Celeste Stewart, who has always been diligent and willing to help me with my needs.

Sales cycle was a little difficult. Had a very short quote good for days (like 2) for the pricing to remain in effect. I guess the prices are changing and rising a lot. Even talked to a sales manager but did not do much good. There was a free shipping promo that I should have gotten but I had to pay to shipping anyway. Sales person was a little brief and hard to extract technical data out of. I've heard good things about the support process for this company and am just hoping that the support is better than the sales process. Given the difficult quote process, I think the company might be better off just to offer online sales and not a salesperson/quote process.

Richard was polite professional and willing to find out the specific details to design the best system for me he did a great job and talk to me like I was a human it was refreshing :-)

Contacted Signature Solar for the first time ever to get help with purchasing a solar panel. Connected with Richard. He found the right panel at a good price and helped me through getting a quote. Could not have been better.

Eddie Duncan always returned my calls and emails. That let me know that he was serious about getting this resolved. Thanks!

Like a Colonoscopy.... The wait times are huge and you will get passed around from person to person without any solutions to the problem. I have been waiting months for a replacement part. Told several times they can't do anything without EG4 approval. The unit is for my tenant space and now the tenant is suing me over the issue.

Also ( here’s the real catch) they looked back on some records and seen where I was having an issue with a certain product back in 2023 and what do you know, they are sending me an updated better version replacement for free,

9 out of 12 batteries turned out to be ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!
Yes they are willing to do something which requires a lot of work, finding new acceptable boxes and a pallet to put them on, then get credit for new batteries. 9 out of 12 batteries DO NOT WORK AND NEVER WORKED!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ANYONE OFF GRID.
MY ADVICE FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY!
NO OTHER COMPANY HAS THIS BAD A BATTERY RATE.

ONLY Placations in response to complaint. THESE WERE BAD WHEN SOLD.THEY ARE STILL BAD AND ITS ALL NOW ON ME!

Amanda has reached out to make this right. These batteries are no longer being sold. They are crediting me for them and applying that to these 24 volt rack batteries. I have 2 of these already, work amazingly well and I have had them now 4 or 5 years. After having had great service from them. That is why I was so disappointed with these 12 batteries, only 3 working.
Signature Solar has great reviews for its staff, tech and support and that is true in this case.

Totally unresponsive i ordered a 12k mini split hybrid kit over a month ado and never heard a damn word from them now I try their ‘chat’ and get no response whatsoever they certainly are looking like a flynnby night outfit from here you woul expect a telephone call or an emailSOMETHING ANYTHING!!!!BUT NO!!!!!!!

I just finished installing 2 more batteries and a Eg4 off grid XP12000. Due to my inexperience, I was on the phone with Signature Solar tech support several times. They answered all my questions and reviewed my configuration, correcting errors that they found. I want to mention Rodolfo, Kevin & Kally as very helpful. My set up is working great and I am now off grid :)
