Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I ordered something from them and paid for next-day delivery . Their delivery company couldn’t delier because of the road closure, I called them straight away and they said the driver will return later in the evening but he didn’t. I spoke to their management(SIGNGEER) and also said they will sort the issue and the order will arrive.. Zero Customer service, and zero responsibility for resolving something important when their customers really need them.

We're very sorry you felt you had a 1 star service from us.

We shipped your order on the day as promised (12th November) using DPD.

Though it went out for delivery the next day, on 13th November, as you mention the DPD driver said he was unable to deliver due to a road closure which you later advised us was only from one direction.

Our team called DPD who advised us they would send the driver back to re-deliver which we can only apologise that this is not the case on the day.

We sadly don't have our own delivery vehicles and rely on third party couriers to provide a great delivery service, though their service is our of our control, we do select couriers that have a good reputation for on-time and in good condition deliveries.

Sadly as it has now missed your deadline as a result, we have arranged for the package to be returned to us as per your request and the order will be refunded as soon as it arrives back with us as you have been advised.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by DPD once again. We can add a note to your account to not use DPD in future if you would prefer.

Cannot trust this firm updated

Im updating if this review since signgeer has responded. To explain the situation. I signed up via signgeer who offered the 7 day trial with sai. On the last day of the trial, I was going to cancel, and then at 6.30pm they messaged me to say would I like an extension on the trial. I emailed back within 15 minutes to say yes. So I left the trial as it was, it was then I was charged the full amount by sa a few hours later. Signgeer were pleasant and did try to get a refund from sai, but sai were absolutely appalling and flately refused. But ultimately it’s signgeers fault because it was their email which caused the issue and they should take responsibility for it!

Not happy I’m afraid, I took a subscription of flexi out, I was about to cancel it and then had an email yesterday to say did I want an extension. I said yes, then the next day I was charged 75 pounds. I definetely don’t want this subscription at 75 pounds as I wanted to try the 25 pounds one. I want this money refunded and the extension granted that you emailed me about yesterday. I feel like you said I could have an extension , so I left if and then you charged! . Not happy at all,

Thank you for leaving a review regarding your SAI Flexi Subscription.

Unfortunately as the contract that you entered regarding the subscription is with SAI and not Signgeer, we are not in control of the payment taken from you, nor are we able to refund it - we must request this from SAI.

Upon signing up for the free trial, you would have agreed to their T&C's which advise you that you will need to cancel it before the end of the trial period in order to not be charged, which you did not do in time unfortunately.

You received an email from us, advising that we could look to provide a trial on the extension.
However, you would still need to cancel the subscription becoming live as your contract is with SAI and not Signgeer. An extension is dealt with as a separate matter as a gesture of goodwill, from Signgeer.

Further to your review, you contacted ourselves and we spoke to SAI on your behalf who were happy to issue the refund.

Albeit, since speaking with us you also spoke with SAI directly who contacted us thereafter and advised that you have since issued a dispute on your Paypal payment with them, which now freezes the transaction whereby they are unable to refund it until the dispute has been resolved.

Unfortunately, as your contract is with SAI we have no control over the payment or dispute and we must now ask that you resolve the dispute that you have raised with them and Paypal.

We would always ask that you allow the seller to settle any issues amicably prior to raising transaction disputes, as this has now unfortunately made the process in getting your refund longer.

If we can assist further, we are happy to help though due to the steps taken by yourself this is sadly somewhat out of our hands at this stage.

Courier Postcode lottery

Service is very good. Main gripe I have is the postcode lottery for the delivery with the couriers. I live 30 miles from Glasgow but am classed as the Highlands and Islands so pay increased postage with no free postage when the order is over £100. Held to ransom by the couriers.

We are constantly reviewing our couriers and rates to ensure we are always providing you with the best offer, and would be happy to hear of any suggestions you may have based on experience for other couriers to your area that would help us to improve this service.

Excellent customer service.
I had issue with the courier damaging parcel and losing some items, reported to Signgeer and it was replaced to me the next day.
Can't thank them enough as it allowed me to get the job done.
