Awful company to deal with. Ordered a heat press which was ‘dispatched’ 5days after initial order. It never left the premises

Signzworld were extremely helpful


Signzworld were extremely helpful answering all my questions with reference to which machine would suit me best. I did not feel hurried or feel awkward asking. Parcel came next day. I would highly recommend them and wont be going anywhere else for advice or more supplies.

Good, but not great.

After ordering our product, we found out our product we ordered was out of stock after the website said there was 6 available. We had no communication from Signzworld to tell us and then we had to chase for a tracking number and then when we questioned why the product hadn't been picked up yet they eventually got around to telling us the product was out of stock and we could upgrade, downgrade or a refund which is fair. The communication afterwards was slow but we eventually got there. Personally I like the company and normally have no issues with them but this time around it was just a lot of chasing and messing about to get the product we actually wanted.

Hi Michael, thank you for the great review and feedback, unfortunately due to staff shortages the sales team weren't notified from Shipping / Warehouse that there was an order issue and could not deal with it sooner, we are trying very hard in these restricted times still and will improve the communication, thanks again. see you again soon, SW

Fab service as always! I’ve bought a few bits of kit from them now and their service is great. Always super quick delivery too - bonus! This isn’t a spam recommendation either!!
