Free shipping Worldwide is a lie

Free shipping Worldwide is a lie, I had to pay £60 extra for the shipping, customer service found silly excuses, could sell the best product in the world but liars are always liars.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused.

To clarify - shipping costs were fully covered by us. However, for orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes, or courier handling fees (e.g., FedEx charges) may still apply. These are set by local authorities and couriers, and unfortunately are not included in our product price.

We understand this can be confusing, and we are updating our website to make this information clearer for non-EU customers.

Very bad experience - Customer service is below zero

I ordered a size 6 kit, but they sent me a size 7. When I tried to ask them to help me and send me the correct item, after days waiting for their answer, they told me that they are not going to change the article because size 6 and 7 are very similar.
If you do not have size 6, just don't sell it. Do not give the customer to select that option. Easy like that.
Their customer service is slow and not friendly for the customer.
And, by the way, 150€ for a chinese foam rubber ball and a mat is crazy!

Very motivating and well-designed system

My son is currently using every free minute to train with Silent Ball. The ranking system has particularly motivated him to use his mat more often and get started. Now he's working on the correct execution of the exercises. The system is very well designed to meet players where they are and help them improve their skills.

Great product

Great product and great customer service.

My daughters handling has come on amazingly in the short time she's been using it, which has also increased her on court confidence
