To clarify, at SILKE London, we use the highest quality silk available – 22 momme 6A mulberry grade 100% silk and have extensively tested our designs to ensure optimal hair protection and comfort. We've chosen to place the shiny side of the silk on the outside as it offers a beautiful, luxurious finish—because who doesn't want a little extra glam, even while you sleep? 😊

Rest assured, both sides of our premium silk are incredibly smooth and gentle, offering the same protective benefits to your hair by reducing friction, preventing damage, and maintaining moisture. The quality of the silk itself is what makes the difference, not which side faces your hair.

We have sent a request for your order information, as the only order we found dates back to August 2023. At the time, we offered for your item to be returned and refunded, but the item was never returned.
