Time management is very poor
Time management is very poor. After arriving 10 mins early to my laser apt I had to wait over 30 mins for a 10 min apt. Afterwards I wasn’t told I had credit on my account so I then waited in line for another 10 mins to pay when I didn’t have to.

Amazing and incredible results
Nurse Marie at the Glenelg clinic is absolutely amazing and I have complete trust in her. I really appreciated the time she took to thoroughly explain everything to me about the anti-wrinkle injection and dermal filler process and to discuss my future treatment plan. I am so delighted with the incredible results she has achieved for me and will definitely be seeing her for all of my future cosmetic work. I feel extremely lucky to have found someone who is such a perfectionist and who is so warm, friendly and caring. I now have a lot more confidence in my appearance and feel great. Their refund
Their refund, or transfer terms and conditions are disappointing. Be mindful of your purchases before purchasing. I moved from one region to another, and either need to lose $1000, or make major arrangements to travel back to the town in order to use my prepaid purchases.
Terms state: "Refunds will be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind".
I am not sure what moving constitutes legally, but apparently falls under change of mind.

I hate having to write a bad review but….
I hate having to write a bad review but I have no idea what else to do. I’ve tried with the salon plus emailed silk laser clinic feedback.
After the indemnity process I had laser on my legs. Next appointment a different therapist was uncomfortable doing the laser due to my veins so asked me to see my doctor. I was glad she brought this up & asked why the first therapist hadn’t…Within the week I saw my Dr paying $85 for the sole purpose of checking it was ok. I’ve had cancer so health related matters I get onto quick! Then I go to my skin needling appointment (I’ve been spending hundreds at silk for the past 18 months) & discussed not having the leg laser, again bringing up how this was missed in the indemnity process. I wasn’t left feeling rest assured. Weeks later I’ve heard nothing about a refund (due to purchasing a pack), this is after I’ve been told yes they will be in touch. After hearing nothing from the feedback team, that were emailed last week, here I am!

Poor time management
I’ve visited the Bundaberg branch several times over the last year and I’m normally very satisfied when I leave. I went for my laser appointment on the 8/7/21 that I’ve prepaid for and was early but upon arrival was told that my name isn’t on the list and I have in fact been put in for an appointment on Saturday 10th July (which I couldn’t make anyway as I work at weekends). Nobody let me know about this change and I still received a text and confirmation email about my appointment date/time for 8th July up front. All I got was a ‘sorry’ and that they ‘don’t have any slots to accommodate me on the day’. They have rearranged my booking whilst I was in the clinic however I’m really not happy with how it was handled. It was not only a waste of my time and poor time management on their behalf, but I now do not trust the clinic to not make the same mistake again and not waste my time in the future. I won’t be recommending them and hope this doesn’t happen again in the future or I won’t be coming back either.

I began laser treatment on my lip
I began laser treatment on my lip , chin and neck in the beginning of 2019 on a regular basis in complete trust . COVID19 prevented on going treatment in 2020 but I recommenced in 2020 when lockdown stopped . I have had MANY TECHNICIANS and sadly NOT WITH SUCCESS . Then a technician, Sharon began treating me AND I AND MY DAUGHTER FINALLY NOTICED SUCCESS THAT LASER TREATMENT WAS WORKING . Sadly Sharon has left and once again two weeks YET ANOTHER technician treated me. I and my daughter noticed a few long dark hairs still under my lip and chin . I rang the clinic and was told that the exact same laser heat had been used etc but to return . Lockdown occurred in Perth again so my return date was booked for 3rd July 2021. Having not been two weeks since my treatment YET WHEN SHARON WAS SUCCESSFULLY TREATING ME , TWO MONTHS WAS THE SPACE BETWEEN NOT BACK TO LESS THAN TWO WEEKS .
On the 3rd I returned and was informed that due to my hormones etc etc my hair regrowth was the reason it occurred to quickly NOT SAYING A FEW HAIRS HAD BEEN MISSED . I left with the explanation from the person on reception stating 80% guarantee of success and it was my hormones AFTER 22 TREATMENTS.
Absolutely disheartening and feel like I’ve been conned AS IT WAS BEGINNING TO WORK SUCCESSFULLY WITH THE CARING THOROUGH TREATMENT FOR 6 months … now it’s NOT . I’m a mature woman and the excuses given were unsatisfactory and belittling and I feel conned and do disappointed

Bad experience at Mt barker clinic
I went for my first appointment at mt barker clinic to get my underarms and bikini line done. The clinician virtually did only 2-3 light pulses on each area and told me she was done. Was literally in there 5 minutes. I am not impressed with this at all and felt that nothing had been done. I didnt confront this person at the time as I thought perhaps laser had changed in 20 years since I last had it done. However speaking to other people since about my experience they agree this person had not done it properly. I will be confronting the clinic soon to change my next appointment to another clinic.

I had two very poor customer service…
I had two very poor customer service experience at the Mount Barker Clinic. The manager was so irritable and talked to me in a passive aggressive way both times I turned up for my appointments. I have been a Silk Laser Clinic customer for so many years and never have experienced such poor behavior at the Prospect Clinic.

I arrived for my appointment on time to have laser treatment done, but not enough time had been allocated for my appointment so I was sent away without treatment and told to re-book for another day. Very poor time management and basically wasting customers time.

Friendly, professional, personable, great knowledge of the industry & advised me on options I never knew existed. I'm excited to continue getting my treatments at Silk due to the lovely service I receive by Elias.

Fernanda is an absolute asset to Silk Laser Clinic Strathpine. My experience was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Fernanda made my experience as a new client warm and welcoming. She explained in detail what would be beneficial to me in relations to skin treatment and products. I have been to a previous Laser Clinic for many year now, however, will be coming to Silk Laser Clinic Strathpine as Fernanda has given me high quality service and treatment then any other past Laser Clinic I have been to. Silk Laser Clinic Strathpine is a welcoming,clean, provides excellent customer service and very professional. Would highly recommend! 💕

Silk Casuarina Terrible
Silk Casuarina, would have to be the most disappointing clinic I have been involved with. The staff do not seem to know essential information about what they are treating. There is a different story every communication. As other reviews have indicated it is a place that feels like a business get you in and out as quick as possible, what is most concerning is the conflicting information, the service provided by such establishments should not be guess work perhaps a little more time taken to actually provide suitable treatments/information to each person. I have recently visited another clinic in Darwin with so much more professionalism and knowledge.

That was so easy!!
I met with Nicole who explained what would happen during the procedure and what I could expect during the hours, days and weeks following my laser session. She made it really easy to understand and gave me an idea of the rare side effects that some clients experienced and assured me that I could contact her or one of the team if I was concerned or worried about anything.
The actual laser session itself was so quick!!! It was almost painless and the weirdest thing was the slight smell of occasion burning hair. But it was almost over before I had a chance to think about it.
I was so happy with my experience I have booked in for another session on a different area for later in the week!
Nicole was absolutely lovely and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I have absolute confidence in recommending both Nicole and Silk!

The girls are so great at the Bunbury Forum.
Super informative and they know their stuff. They are very friendly and instantly make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Nurse Ashley is wonderful and super knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. The Easter eggs were also a bonus 😂
