The team at silk laser clinics Hyde park were so lovely and very informative!! They takes me through not only the whole process but also the future of my laser hair removal for the next year! They also advised me of discounts and bonuses that I could have to save me money! I have a condition where I sweat profusely (hyperhydrosis) and they let me know what they can do to make me feel more comfortable with the process! I’ve never felt more supported by a beauty treatment center in my life. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is nervous about laser hair removal- they are amazing.

Silk Laser @ Coorparoo - I have been going here for over 4 years for all my laser hair removal needs! The owner and the girls there are amazing!! The silk products are great!! Even though I moved 45mins away i will still drive the distance when I do have an appointment which is rare now because there are only touch ups since the hair removal has worked so well. Love it!

The person doing my laser was very professional and supportive in my situation. She listened to what my bigger concerns were and treatment was given according to that.

I have visited West Lakes and Glenelg clinics, both doing the same treatment, Brazilian laser, in both places taking so much time to explain in detail what I need. Both of them did not get my idea. I changed my appointment to the Rundle Mall location where finally the lady helped me understand what I need and I saw results after 1st consultation with her.
I have basically lossed the previous two appointments, which involve, important time and money, adding that my hair was growing in different spots looking really weird because the previous two ladies did not complete the job properly. In addition, which involved buying additional sessions, 5 more that changes all my plans to continue with another treatment.
Very sad with my experience.

I went to SILK Belconnen and seen Cat Taylor to have my lips done and she is hands down the best cosmetic injector! I highly recommend her. She is quick and does an amazing job! Won’t go anywhere else!

I went to Silk for the first time for a skin analysis. Lizzie, my skin consultant was very professional, thorough and pleasant. I was surprised at the results and how detailed they were and I never realised how damaged my skin was and getting. Lizzie not only gave me advice but gave me a routine to follow which in the past I wasn’t following. Silks products are lovely and I’m already seeing, or at least feeling, a difference.

I will definitely be returning to Silk Palmerston for all my treatments. I recently had my first cool sculpting treatment there. My technician was absolutely lovely, friendly and completely professional. She stepped me through the entire process before commencing, her manner, knowledge and expertise made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout my treatment, which I am extremely pleased with. The ladies at Silk Whitfords are absolutely amazing, I immediately felt so comfortable when I walked into their store, I was originally so nervous and had researched cool sculpting for a while, I decided to book a consultation to find out more information and by the end of the appointment I was booked in for my session within a couple of days.

The device was good,and I am really satisfied with the results for the underarm lasers, but for face was bit worried but the person their really make me understand how the product work and assured me if there this any more concerns they will help me out.
