The IPL does not work. It doesnt turn on. I am in contact with costumer service

I purchase my item the 31/12/23 a still waiting for it to be delivered. I’ve been in contact with your Customer Service who state this has been delivered. I’ve advised your customer service that I haven’t received this item I also did not receive any parcel tracking info as stated on your website. I’m now in a lengthy process daily of speaking with your Customer Service whom have now passed this to there POD Department as I have asked for a picture of this delivery an a signature as I have not received this item. So 10 days on from purchase an £229.00 down with nothing to show for it. As purchased with PayPal this will be my next step an let them deal with it as I don’t think it’s being dealt with quick enough.

It turns out the address was incorrect, looks very much like my error not theirs.

So I have to change this to 5 star because they have bent over backwards to get this resolved.

Very easy to order ,and my toothbrush arrived promptly .The product itself I am very pleased with ,I’m impressed with the results as I’ve never used a sonic toothbrush before ,teeth feel and look cleaner .

Easy fast, brilliant price

After being in touch with customer care on email and placing the order (which was to reach in 5 data), it’s been over 3 weeks and no order received. What in did receive was a curt email saying they can’t deliver that particular product to uk due to the socket typo (which by the way can easily be fixed by using an adapter) and they refund me.
I’ve been emailing them explaining the same and no response for over ac well now, no reading and obviously no order delivered.
Highly unprofessional.

Very satisfy, fast delivery, good quality products.

Had an issue working out what replacement head I needed for my toothbrush but after about 20 minutes going through all the options I managed to find the correct replacement

Had the product that I needed at a price that was great value for money.

Too soon to tell but reviews said this was one of better IPLs. Found it at good price direct from Silkn (half amazon price). Fast delivery. Easy to use. Time will tell re effectiveness.

I bought Silk'n Tightra a week ago and I tried to use it first the past Sunday (26/11). It was charging the whole night (Sat. to Sun.) but was not fully charged on Sunday morning and instead of 20 min if worked only 15min, then the battery signaled that it was low and the gadget turned off. Today I have been charging it the whole day and it is not fully charged yet.
I have sent an email asking to exchange the gadget, will see what they say.

I have used this product a couple of times since I purchased it. I can’t give a rave review just yet, but I have used it with a dermisonic2 product and I like the results thus far.

Very easy ordering system. Plenty of choice.Goods arrived within 2 days of ordering.

The brush heads arrived as ordered.
However ,,,DPD cost was I think excessive and I have STILL NOT had ANY reply to the e-mailed requests for info on the brush heads. Pretty poor effort really....take the money for the goods ,,,but FAIL in a commercial customer service task

I ordered new toothbrush heads for my silkn toothbrush, which is excellent. Speedy delivery and a fair price for 4, will last me all year.
