I been using the eyelashe serum for about 10 weeks and I love it. I will be reordering it. I had a bald spot right in the middle of my eyelashes and now they have grown back!! I have tried many other eyelash serum but my eyes burn or itch. Thank you for real results and being sensitive!!

I have seen so many good reviews but I dont understand why. I tried the lashes so many times and they just dont stick. Especially in the inner corner. They move and my eye looks funny.
I really wanted them to work out...

My serum says on the box that it is distributed in Western Australia and I paid in Australian dollars but was slugged an international service fee by my bank and on having a closer look the product is actually made in China .
I find this a little dishonest!
I try very hard to support local businesses so will not be purchasing again !
Thank you for your reply , it certainly makes me feel much happier to know I’ve supported an Aussie business.
I also feel more confident putting this product so close to my eyes.

The optimal solution, not only for thicker & longer lashes but also for fuller eyebrows. The continuity in applying the lash serum definitely brings the amazing results. No regrets since I started using the Lash Serum and can only recommend it.

Great lasting power, can be worn over several occasions. Great quality, they don’t fall apart. And super easy to apply given the srrong adhesive used. Very natural look, too.

I love the Silly George eyelash serum - it really works! I was a skeptic at first, but decided to commit to daily use for a few months and then decide. After 6 weeks my lashes really started to pop and I now have the lashes I always wanted. So many people have asked me about my lashes; I recommended this to a good friend and now she is on her Silly George eyelash serum journey! I continue to use it regularly to keep my lashes naturally long!

I used to be a fun of this company but they have really disappointed me this time round I made an order in January and never got my order. They said they didn’t have it in stock and never bother to refund me back my money. I had to chase them till March for a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE ON THERE SIDE.

I had an issue with delivery (no fault of Silly George) and it was rectified straight away. Their lash serum is awesome!! I now use it all the time for maintenance. I also have their liner bond lashes- 2 with a clear band, 1 without, as well as both liners. I've never been able to use false lashes until now. Their lashes are really easy to apply and they stay put! I'm obsessed with them! I highly reccomend Silly George. I wish I had tried their lashes sooner!

Update March 7th 2024. The customer service is outstanding. I don't understand the negative comments, I've had nothing but positive interaction and great help from them. In love with the lashes and in the process of chosing more!

I ordered some lashes and paid extra for express shipping (1-3 days) and it did not arrive until 9 business days later i.e. after the date of the event that I was hoping to wear the lashes for. I then followed the instructions on the website to make the requisite contact to ask for a refund per their 30 day refund policy. I never heard back from the company. It's very disappointing and misleading.

I had my doubts about this because I didn’t think it was working. After a month I realized I was putting it more on the eyelid side of my lash line and worked to really get it at the junction of my eyelid and lashes, and WHOA it started working! My brow waxer even asked me if I was using a serum. So I’m sticking with it!

The linerbond system and supernatural series works 100% for people like me. I've spent years struggling with the old school glues and never quite get it, but these lashes really go on so easy and look so beautiful, and last the day too.

The only thing that takes away from the experience is the shipping. Granted, they don't do the delivery, but they schedule their orders to be picked 7-10 days from the day of order. Last year, I ordered my 2nd time early November to beat the Black Friday crowd, but only received the items first week of January this year. Worth the wait for the lashes, but not a great experience.

I like the lashes I got( Luna) and the order process went very smoothly...lil pricey, but I'm calling it a treat to myself

Magnetic lash does not sit close to the lids as a glued one. There's a small gap where the magnets are.
Very long shipping time for paid shipping. If it's complimentary shipping, then i can't complain, but it took weeks before the product arrived.

I have been meaning to ask for a refund on the 2 lash serums. Have been using it per instructions for about 3 months now. I've used quite a few eyelash serums, I know how to apply and how long it takes to see results. This is the second time a serum has done nothing for my lashes in three months. I'm very disappointed because I have bought SG fake lashes (that I was satisfied with for a little while, but that's a different "2 star" review) and I bought the mascara which works fine. I guess I should have been wary of a company that sells a serum AND mascara along with fake lashes because the serum apparently does NOT work. I will be asking for my money back on the 2 serums. UPDATE: Be wary if you return items and make sure you get a tracking receipt! I spent $6 to send the serum back. I heard NOTHING, so I contacted them several weeks after I showed it being received. They said they did not show it was received and I had to send proof. Then suddenly after I sent the tracking, I got my refund. BOTTOM LINE, THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT MY MONEY ME IF I HAD NOT REACHED OUT. AND I WASTED $6 ON SHIPPING THAT THEY WOULDN'T REIMBURSE. I WOULD SUGGEST NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. SHOULD BE NAMED "DISHONEST GEORGE!!!"

The product works perfectly the first couple of years, like amazing! But then, when you get used to your epic long lashes and feel beautiful, they start to fall out more often than before. And then, in year four, they don't grow that long anymore and now, year five: it's not working anymore... Such a deception 🙁

What I received was completely different with what I ordered. I ordered lashes with length between 7mm and 14mm. what I received was a short lash with 2mm to 9mm length. They said if I return the item they will refund the whole amount plus the shipping cost. when I sent it back they said they will not refund the shipping fee. I do not recommend. Don`t waste your money. it is not an honest business.

I ordered lashes on 13th Jan, including paying extra for the shipping add-on as I want the them for my February vacation.

I contacted customer service after waiting 10 days and was assured this would be updated.

Today is 29th Jan and it still has not been shipped.

Not a great first experience with this company and I had checked the fb reviews in advance, no mention of this. Do they delete negative reviews as another person mentioned?

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot as it seems I'm not the only one and have no chance of receiving these before I go.

That's all the feedback I can share at this point. Avoid.

The lash serum didn’t work as well as I wish

I was a bit nervous when ordering their eyelash serum, many social media reviews/ videos seemed 'too good to be true', but after applying it for 6 weeks my lashes were indeed longer! People surrounding me actually noticed. At some stage my serum finished and I forgot to order new, and now my lashes are back to normal. It is quite expensive though, I might try a cheaper brand to see if it has the same effect, but I can state that for me this worked as promised.
