Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed by your experience.
We do understand how frustrating it can be when a voucher cannot be used as expected. Unfortunately, as the voucher had exceeded its 12‑month validity period, we were unable to extend or reinstate it. All of our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and this information is clearly outlined at the time of purchase as well as within our Terms and Conditions.
While we do always try to be as flexible as possible, we also need to apply our policies consistently and fairly for all customers. We are sorry we were not able to offer the outcome you had hoped for on this occasion, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.
