Really disappointed with the customer service received. I got 2 separate Christmas gifts from different people which were tickets to the motogp. I donât need 4 tickets so asked if I could transfer 2 of those tickets to the 2027 event, gift card for merchandise, anything but a refund and the answer was a simple NO, told me to give them away to a friend or colleague. Pretty disgusting when they want me to give my Christmas present away which was in no way an error on my behalf. Silverstone will have no problem selling the tickets, this was just pure spiteful, I appreciate they have a do not refund policy but under the circumstances for an issue out of my control they could have done something or allow me to sell them on. I will think twice about attending silverstone events after this year.

We were looking for something a bit different to do for New Year's Eve this year and this didn't disappoint. With both young children and teenagers to keep happy, this event was perfect. A hiccup in travel arrangements getting there meant we had to contact the accessible team who were extremely helpful and eased our concerns. Overall a fabulous experience.

Very disappointed with the lack of care and empathy that due to no fault of my own (not having a car due to it being in the garage and hire car being taken back) we are unable to attend the lap of lights that I had booked for my husbands birthday and not entitled to a refund despite no way of us being able to get there. I understand that you have a no refund policy but feel in this instance some kind of refund would have been the right thing to do.

What a complete waste of time and money on lap of lights. Would not recommend to no one and would not go back even for free. It was such a waste of time and very very expensive for what that is⊠save your money and just go for a walk into a park or a high street.

Booked lap of lights at Silverstone with ice skating after, made the mistake of booking one on one day the other on the next, customer services where fast in helping me sort the problem and make what could of be a stressful and costly mistake into a great show of customer service! Unfortunately a really poor experience from the team at Silverstone. We booked the Christmas Track of Lights and Ice Skating experience on New Years Day. A number of days later Silverstone cancelled and have closed on NYD. They offered fo the same price another date, but because they notified us so late they had no availability apart from evening on Boxing Day which was not suitable for usâŠ
Contacted the team - no response. Canât find a phone number⊠being forced to cancel and get a refund.
Really disappointing as we were super excited to come.

I bought tickets to lap of lights and sent an email to request a time change. I got a response in less than an hour with new tickets and the time a lot amended. Really great customer service!!

This was not what I was expecting at all.
We arrived late as we couldnât figure out how to get to santas garage. We were then told that we could go in and santas story would start in 5 mins. We looked at a couple of models and went to see Santa. It was a brief story with no props or pictures to go with the story. I took kids ages between 4-10 and none of them really liked the story. We were then shown to the exit with a tiny gift given by one of the Elves (not sure why Santa couldnât give it- itâs not like there were that many children) and Iâm not sure why I had given my kids names and things they had been good at on the registration form. We then went back into the kind of grotto area which was really poor. A few models, a sparse reindeer food area and that was pretty much it. £18 per child was far too expensive- Iâd never go again.
Lap of lights was also disappointing as we drove so much which didnât even have proper lights. The only good part was the end and again it was very expensive at £75 for the car.
Even the âcolouring cornerâ was just a couple of kids tables with some papers strewn about with colouring pens (half of them on the floor) and most the sheets coloured in.
Overall a very disappointing experience. I wonât be going again.
