Sue was absolutely great she replied to emails
She communicated very well she advised us the best way to do stuff we had bought tickets but bought them for the wrong part
As I have a disability
Now sue has advised we will now have the best experience very grateful to her.

Due to a problem, which the bank has not yet determined why it occurred, there was a difficulty in paying out a transaction that had already been made more than a month ago. I contacted support and indeed, everyone I had the opportunity to communicate with (from planning driving experiences to resolving transaction issues) was extremely helpful and understanding. Special praise goes to Sam, the advice and support I received exceeded all expectations.

F1 Not got there yet, didn't book a park and ride at the the time of getting my ticket! Now difficult to do, what a pain lets hope things get better.

The team at Silverstone have been fantastic, and have gone well over and above what you expect. When I was experiencing tech issues in buying tickets for an event, they, in fact Nicky specifically, went out of the way to sort this for me. This is true customer service, and as it should be, but not what we get everywhere, or very often these days. Thank you and well done Nicky and the Silverstone team - much appreciated

It's been another positive contact with Silverstone customer services. I had to submit my blue badge parking details to ensure I have appropriate parking in July. Sue was very helpful on this occasion and and has since confirmed all has been done and will receive my parking pass in June.

Got back to me after a week or two, but that's to be expected considering the volume of activity and the distance from the event date, so no problems there. Answered my query well and sorted my concern. All good.

Disgusting. Simple as that. Dont bother trying to get help if you're disabled, sent a hospital letter in for my mobilty from my MS Specialist along with PIP & blue badge. Didnt want to know, they are only interested in healthy people with plenty of money to waste. Prices for Moto GP in August are an absolute joke, along with everything else they rob you for as well like food, drinks, souvenirs, overnight camping, the list goes on.... do yourselves a favour & watch it on tv or be prepared to be robbed left right & centre. If you're disabled (I have MS & cant walk over 50m) dont bother as you wont get an ounce of help. Discrimination at its finest & being fleeced of many hundreds of pounds just to see a bike race....Silverstone hold your heads in shame

I reached out to exchange a grandstand ticket for a general admission ticket so I could attend with my young son. I'm so grateful for the accommodating and friendly support that I received for what will surely be an unforgettable weekend.

Booked tickets for the MotoGP, but realised I'd made an error with location. I made an online request which was dealt with by Val, who was superb. Understanding, friendly and helpful, as well as being efficient and effective. Sorted my request with no drama.. Thank you.

I honestly cannot praise Sue in Accessibility at Silverstone enough. From start to finish, she was an absolute legend to deal with.
I had many questions, many requests, and even managed to make a mistake along the way — and Sue handled everything with total professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always on hand, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted smoothly and without any fuss at all.
What really stood out was how easy she made the whole process feel. Instead of stress, we felt supported and reassured every step of the way. Thanks to Sue’s help (and her fixing my error so effortlessly!), we’re now genuinely excited and looking forward to attending the Grand Prix this year.
Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Sue is a real credit to Silverstone and the Accessibility team — thank you so much for making such a big difference.
