Incredible quality, cap stays secure with right adjustments / silicone band. Lace is literally invisible which is mind boggling. The only con would be the unbleached knots (which you can do yourself) but apart from that this is the best wig I've owned.

For almost a month now I have been in contact with the company about initiating a return and they have refused to reply me. They asked me for multiple videos & pictures which I have provided. It states on their website clearly no reason return, I explained the reason for my return. The hair density did not correlate with what I was expecting. It is very pricey for that density. The wig cap and all is quite good especially as I wear glasses but the hair itself is light in comparison with what it shows on the model.

This company needs to be more clear and open about their returns if they do not want that. There is clearly a mistruth on the website. They use images of African American women influencers to lure you into thinking it’s an American and trustworthy website.

I have learnt my lesson never again. What I will make sure to do is warn other women do they don’t fall victim.

The hair is Nice but the Cumbs Where not in the box to hold the hair so I have to look for the cumbs i can not use My hair now…😩 Oslo other things in the box Where not there 😩 My englis is not to good but I glad whit My firts wig 🥰

Ik heb een pruik besteld want ik had m nodig voor een evenement. Nou is mijn pruik niet aangekomen, waarschijnlijk ligt het aan Fedex. Hele tijd van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en contact verloopt ook heel moeizaam. Nou kreeg ik van FedEx te horen dat Simidola mij niet verder kan helpen prima maar ik wordt meteen bestempeld als FRAUDEUR. Als ik dit wist dat ze zo snel over hun klanten denken, had ik niet weer dezelfde pruik besteld omdat ik het echt nodig had.Ik loop al weken met ze te mailen, vorige een mail verstuurd en nu reageren ze niet meer. Heel onprofessioneel dit.

Dat er een reactie wordt gegeven prima. Maar kom niet met loze beloftes en hartjes in teksten. Want jullie weten zelf dat jullie niks gaan doen en er al vanuit gaan, van wat ik hierboven heb benoemt. Nu dat ik gedwongen alsnog moest betalen ivm hogere kosten willen jullie mij gaan helpen na alle maanden. Denken jullie dat zelf Simidola???

Ik heb opgemerkt dat de voor kant van me pruik zo kaal is vanaf begin dat ik hem heb gekocht . Zowel van kinky Curly 24 inch en vooral van me body wave 28 inch.

Ik wil graag een foto voor jullie opsturen .

Ik daarmee niet blij mee hoor . Voor zoveel geld . Ondanks dat heb ik nu een korte besteld bij jullie .
