Great experience, fast delivery and the hair is very nice !

Have not received wig yet. I ordered from Simidola because of the express shipping (3-5 businessdays). Ordered Feb 1, 2025 will not be here until February 14, 2025

I ordered a wig that looked amazing in the advertisement, but unfortunately, the one I received doesn't look the same at all. The color and style are completely different from what I expected, which was really disappointing.

I tried to return it by following their instructions and sent an email to customer service, but I haven't received any response. It's frustrating because I just want to resolve this issue and get a refund.

Overall, I'm really dissatisfied with my purchase and the lack of support from the seller. I wouldn't recommend this product based on my experience. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

This is one of the most deceptive and Fake hair I have every bought. I bought two. The texture of the Hair is Zero to me, I bought straight Hair, but it is looking like Spoach after 7 days of use. I never dye the hair, it is black in color already. I have never apply any creme or chemical to it. I never wash it either. It is just 7 days old., why should i dye it. The Hair Texture is Very rough texture, very thin and fine In Texture. It is looking Fake . This is not Human hair . The ones you advertise on Facebook and youtube is not the same you ship to Europe buyers. The one you ship to America buyers, is also not the same you ship to Europe. I just wasted Almost 500€ to buy a very fake hair. I am very Disappointed with Simidola company. You guys are very Deceptive with your Ad. And all those giving positive reviews are your model. Your Hair is a no go for me. You guys just missed a potential buyer and seller from my End. The hair is not the same like the Ad. My name is Elizabeth, i bought 14 inches straight Bob and 18 Inches straight wig. Wear and go. I am very Disappointed with your Wig. Total waste of money. You reply to justified your fake hair. You are stealing from the buyers with fake Ad.

Usually I find their service excellent and I haven't had issues with cancelling orders before and I always get quick replies, I wanted to cancel this time as the wig won't be ready for when I need it. They've taken 24 hours or longer to reply to my messages this time, and only replied straight away after telling me I absolutely could not cancel this time...this is very dishonest and I feel like I've been ignored because they don't want to cancel. I've never had a wig from them take so long to dispatch, even if it is *customised* they've never taken longer than 2 weeks, this one isn't expected until the middle of next month!
It's such a shame as I order usually every month or two, I will be taking my money elsewhere in future.

I'm not satisfied this time, firstly the cap is too small for my score secondly the hair is too light in weight almost like synthetic stuff

It took almost about a month to receive my parcel but with others it does not exceed two weeks. So please , you should try and make it faster. Thank you.

This company has a lot of gurutubers who never spent a dime but speak highly of their wigs so how can they be trusted. I found this same seller on Aliexpress platform and they had a few wigs low priced on the site's 11.11 & ongoing Black Friday sale so as a first time buyer I decided to give them a try. After paying and waiting over a week now for my order to be processed I contacted the seller who blatantly lies saying the wigs are out of stock when in fact they just don't want to process my orders because of the price I paid. We all know that whether it was a glitch/error it is the sellers responsibility to honor the price as displayed however on this platform they will NEVER take accountability as it only protects its Sellers not Buyers and customer service hotline is so auto generated in their response you are indirectly asked to take fault of the issue reported on the seller's behaviour. Simidola creates false comments under their products and know it's not a real customer review but them trying to up the rating for each of the wigs. Ali platform have no good morals in admitting that the seller was responsible for the price advertised (even with your evidence of screenshots) and instead they will go with what the seller states i.e. wig out of stock so cancel. How can an item be out of stock when if you click on the same exact link it takes you right back to the same item with all of the selection still available in comparison to what you would have already paid for but the seller racked up the price by that point. What a lying bunch of unethical, business people. Ali platform CS agent and their senior team will never insist the seller to ship your items for what you paid because they too is in the skulduggery. I further warn only to buy if you have nothing to lose because with regards to defect product(s) received, most of the time you are asked to ship back which cost you way more than what you paid for the item(s).

I definitely advise against buying here! The wig is nothing like advertised. The hair is very thin, of poor quality, with sparse ends, and the lace is bald at the front. I received it yesterday and immediately packed it back in the box to return it. After some email communication, they told me I would have to cover the shipping costs myself, claiming that the quality isn’t an issue – which it definitely is. They even asked me to remove negative reviews. If you ask me, 0/10 – zero out of ten. I wouldn’t recommend it at all!

I love the hair and how the delivery service was.
I also love how the group kept communicating with me and giving me updates about my hair.
