Once I found Simidola I haven't bought from anywhere else. I got 4 wigs from this company. Installation is so easy. The hair is so soft and full and the shipping is so fast. I will get a new wig from here soon.

WOw!! So fast shipping!! And tracking service and email updates when delivery is in process. The hair just like it show on the media. I usually have an issue finding wigs that put properly and they were able to accommodate me and make a larger cap size wig for me.

The hair is nice but the length is shorter for 26inch

I purchased two wigs, one supposedly with 200 density and the other with 180 density. Both wigs appeared to have approximately 150 density.

The wigs were too small for my head and had a strong fishy odour. I tried washing them and sewing in additional hair to fix them, but the wigs were so small they damaged my hairline.

The hair quality is nothing like what is shown in the commercials or by the influencers. If you want a sparse hairline or to smell like fish, purchase these wigs. I do not recommend these products and advise ignoring social media marketing.

the lace is great, however, the wig itself is quite scanty and the overall quality, not great. i have only test worn it and the hair sheds so much.

The hair feels synthetic its not real hair bad quality.
The wig is really thin.

Best customer service 150%, Simidola was very accommodating when I emailed customer service to say I have a small head, not only did they respond, they advised me how to measure my head and made my wig to my exact head measurement! I received my hair not long afterwards and it's more than I even expected. It's soo beautiful, fits perfectly and feels so good. Hands down this is my best wig I have ever bought and I tell you I have been buying wigs from different places for yrs, but I was always never fully satisfied till I bought from Simidola. Thank you sooo much @Simidola for accommodating my specific requests and taking your time to assist me. I have told all my sisters and nieces to be buying from you, they've all seen my hair and they love it too.

Unfortunately I was not happy with what I ordered! I ordered 16 inch but it was very short! I wear and make my own wigs for years now and this wasn’t 16 inch. I emailed about this problem and the advice was to measure the length witch I already told in the email I did. So I knew this would be a back and fort. The wig is shredding a lot also. The only thing what’s right is the new method of the cap! Overal not satisfied for the money that I spend on the wig!

I was pleased that the hair was delivered within a week. Upon opening the box, I found the hair to be really soft, and the length (22 inches) I selected was perfect. However, I was disappointed to find that the hair was not ready to wear. I still had to cut the lace, and the color did not match my skin tone. Additionally, there were bald spots at the front of the hair, so I will need to fill those in, which will incur extra costs.. Overall this hair is my best investment!

The quality and fullness of the hair I got is completely different from what I ordered. The Wig is scanty and very thin on the ends

I placed an order after seeing an Instagram video. I received the hair yesterday and what a surprise. Hair is really great. Amazing. Quality is really a 10. I ordered colored hair for the first time because I don't feel like dyeing myself. Color is exactly as indicated (photo & video) on the site. I am very satisfied. Fast shipping and very nicely packaged, with great care. I recommend to everyone. Don't hesitate, just order. Also very happy that you can pay with Klarna

My experience is good as far as communication. I have not received hair yet but I am hoping for superior quality. I am very particular about the quality of my units, and I always know when I have a winner. So we will see when my unit arrives fingers crossed.

Bad quality wig. Looks like it was made in a rush. Strap not attached at the right place. Cap too small like for a baby’s head. Cut is so bad
I will not recommend it

waow! the hairs are wonderful, very soft and of very good quality. have ordered another one immediately.

I have given this three stars ONLY because of the delivery time, it was too long! I did however get a quick response in the chat when I chased up my order; they were very sweet and polite.
Now for the wig: A solid five stars! The wig is beautiful, soft and silky. I definitely want to order from Simidola hair again but I’m afraid that it will be another long wait. I would suggest more updates giving regular information on the status of the order so customers are not anxious.

It’s been almost two weeks and I have not received any information about the delivery of my order…tried to chat with customer service but they just keep repeating the same thing with never a delivery date …who else should I contact at what should I do?
