Amazing! Have used their sims multiple times before and they always work great. Recently requested a refund for a sim as I can no longer go on the trip. Customer service was responsive and processed the refund immediately. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had a few issues with my latest e-sim with connection and speed but the the tech staff were very helpful and got me up and running.

Big shout out to Ancel who quickly & clearly helped me sort out which of the mostly redundant SIMs on my iPhone was the one recently installed so I now know which one to activate on arrival in UK. Saved me a lot of stress. Thanks Ancel you legend!

I ordered 2 unlimited esims from Simify and have used them before which was truly a god send arriving in Bali and having internet straight away.
We used the help line this time and they were quick and efficient solving our problem thanks to Aro 🙏will defiantly be using Simify for our next trip.

Everytime I have had an issue they have helped with my absolute best interest in mind. I have been using them for a year and will comtinue using them. They have an amazing reply time and amazing customer service!!!!

Great eSIM! Had to find a new one as the previous one I was using kept cutting out while I was travelling and leaving me stranded overseas! No problems the two times I’ve used Simify and will now always choose them! A little on the pricey side but you know you will be coverage and the customer service is so helpful!!

Purchased Asian sim while travelling Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Easy to download and activate. Customer service is A1. Quick to act and all questions answered without issue.

Used Simify this time in Japan, had a few dead spots or fallouts but did not cause any issues. Easy to use and download and rates competitive. It's nice to arrive at your destination and and be instantly connected to confirm drivers etc.

Thought this would be more difficult than it was. The first time was just finding out how it worked with my phone but after that it was great and better wifi than my own provider as it uses the best signal available and it's truly unlimited.

I purchased 2 esims and a few hours later I received an email to say a 25% sale starting on all sims - I contacted simify and they were awesome - refunded the original order and now I can order arcade prices. So happy to assist. I’ve used simify regularly and negercannisdueveith their product.

We had an unlimited esim in Spain and Portugal last year and it was great no issues at all.
We recently purchased another two esims for an upcoming trip. We were confused re installation as my husband hadn't removed his previous esim. We sent an email asking for help and had a reply within 10 minutes. We honestly did not expect to hear from them as it was a Sunday. Chlark the customer service person at Simify kept in touch with us as we shared screen shots and we resolved our issues. We could not fault such prompt, efficient and courteous service.

Easy to install and automatically activated and connected as soon as the plane landed in London

I've had physical SIMs and now lately eSIMs from Simify for my phone, both for the U.S. and South East Asia. That's 3-4 years in a row. Nothing could be more convenient. It's March 2026 and I downloaded and installed my eSIM in Australia. Upon arriving in Vietnam I activated the eSIM as per instructions and waited about five minutes. I had emails and internet access just like home. Nothing could be easier. Great for maps, browsing, translating and subscription music. No more looking for wi-fi (usually slower) in hotels and shopping centres.

Amazing so far, first day and works perfectly. No issues thus far. Thanks Simify.

Have had no issues with reception whilst using Simify- I have travelled a lot of countries in Europe/UK and haven’t had any issues. I was due to travel to the Middle East so bought a sim for there. As my trip has been cancelled, I requested a refund and had the money the same day. The customer service was incredible and they were so considerate during this time!
