Simify esims have worked very well so I became a frequent Customer from them for every trip I have made out of my Country. Would like also. I had issues connecting to the internet through simify. I connected to the hotel wifi and made contact through chat, I had a step by step process delivered by email from Celeste which I was able to follow and get connected.

Very helpful and timely support. The support was prompt and helped rectifyy problem immediately!

I’ve been using Simify since 2019. On this occasion I activate the sim before I left and when I arrived just had to swap to using the Simify eSIM. Very happy. I will say it’s a bit more expensive compared with other providers.

e-Sim did not work when we followed the instructions.
Found an extra step was needed with my Samsung. Under Data Roaming had to select "All networks" then all works.

Easy process from purchase to activation. Online support if needed. Great price for unlimited data and connection wherever I went.
No more asking for WI-FI passwords and slow connections.

Simify was very good in Fiji last year. No problem!!

I had trouble downloading my eSIM and there support team helped me out a lot. Sent a new link and got it working.

It was easy to instal, but we were loosing signal in Brazil. We had to ask for help which was done promptly. But then it was loosing signal a few times and we had to switch e sim on and off and update it. We were worried that it will stop working anytime. And it was well needed for ordering uber taxi... So for the money we paid we expect better service.

It was a very seamless process

The sim connects well to the Vietnam network doesn't lag and doesn't drop out reasonable price for unlimited data and days with lots of countries combined works better than Airalo which is expensive and always drop out.

Process was easy. Pick a plan, pay then follow the instructions which are very straight forward.

An option where you can pick your own time frame would be great also

Found the Simify eSIMs so easy to use and the service is amazing. Both times I have had a problem, through something I did, I have had immediate replies whether here or overseas to help me solve the issue. Also got them at a great price. Highly recommend.

I have used Simify a few times now on overseas trips. Always worked well. I struggle a little with technology and forget, between trips, how to do things. Simify are quick and efficient to help. I have also lost an esim email, ran out of data whilst in Italy and they quickly helped me out every time. It makes life so much easier.

I have used Simify for several overseas trips and have never been disappointed. The eSIMS always connect without issue, and I particularly love the unlimited data options. Today I had to cancel 2 eSIMS purchased for a trip I cannot make due to the Middle East situation, and my refund was authorised within an hour...great and reliable service!

To date everything is going great only just starting our European trip with several countries to go. Hopefully as good a service as in France. Any communication with Simify has been easy and their response has been excellent.
