Very helpful when so far away.

eSIMs have always caused me grief when it comes to activation. Not this one. I followed the instructions and it worked straight off!

So far so good!
I’m not travelling as yet but needed some tech help as I’m not tech savvy and have an older phone.
Lois helped me troubleshoot so hopefully when we get away it will all go smoothly.

Good value for money, had a problem with first connection but was quickly solved with their help. Great signal 5g most of the time in Malaysia, Will definitely purchase again when we travel to Europe later in the year.

Purchased two plans for Vietnam and Cambodia and only one would work(could not get the second one to work at all would not activate) the other worked well while in Vietnam but did not work in Cambodia. Tried on three occasions to contact support but had no reply. Unfortunately I would not use them again

I am very happy and will yous again. I am in china and can't get a esim here . So used wifi with my email program and was so easy to get on email. Thanks

I made a couple of mistakes applying for the eSIM. It wasn’t very intuitive to navigate for me. However I got help needed to correct my mistakes. Friendly efficient help was appreciated.

The eSIM was easy to install, all the instructions were given to you, and for the price it’s such a steal. Not to mention, the customer support was excellent!! I had accidentally purchased the wrong eSIM and they had cancelled and refunded me so quick!

Reliable quality service here in Spain so far. Having the ability to access google maps, WhatsApp, anywhere in Madrid has been fantastic and reassuring.

I have not used the product yet, but being a digital dinosaur I really appreciated the prompt and friendly help from customer service when it came to installing the eSim.

It was easy to enable and use and seamless.

Brilliant service. I had myself tied in knots with my iPhone and received excellent online support while travelling. Couldn’t recommend Simify highly enough.

Haven’t used the eSIMs yet, but had a query after purchasing. Lois helped quickly and succinctly via the app chat function. And helped with exhibiting the super user friendly app.
Essentially I purchased four eSIMs for myself and my travel party. Rather than going through the sharing a QR code business, the app allows you to share the eSIMs through the app.
Once purchased, make sure all your friends/family have the app and know which email account they signed in under (Gmail for example). In your app, go into each eSIM you wish to send to a friend, and click ‘send to a friend’… put in their email address.
It marks that eSIM as shared with that friend, and your friend will receive the eSIM in their app.
From that point onwards, the eSIM installation is super quick and easy, each one installed using the app in less than 20 seconds.
Best eSIM user experience ever.
And what a bargain, great prices, best value like for like, and I’ve compared a few.
Hopefully the functionality of the data eSIM will be equally as good once we reach our destination, I’ve no reason to doubt it.

Simify’s customer service regardless of your location is fantastic. Landed in Japan and was having issues connecting and Kyle sorted out my settings via chat after sending through a few screenshots-he was so patient and knowledgeable!!

I am very happy with the product. The only thing I would suggest is completely unambiguous instructions for first time activations. A few times the terminology was not a clear match so it became “What is the closest option?” — and from that an anxious thought or two. The follow up emails were encouraging and helpful.

Struggled to make it work but they were good in replying and refunded my payment and I was grateful for that
