I just placed my second order after a my first one last week and can only say that service and order processing has been great. On most orders they even provide a discount and free shipping which is fantastic. I can’t wait to place the next order to complete my rig!

Bought the cube controls F-core on releasedate Friday. Wheel received on Monday. Followed order through FedEx track & trace and was on estimated time!! Great steering wheel!!!

I bought the TRIPLE MONITOR STAND 75-100 and it is fantastic. Weighs a ton, solid as a rock, even the monitor VESA mounts are 5mm blacked steal could be used for a workout. Alexander was extremely helpful with instant comunication through online chat and email. Highly recommended!

Toen ik mijn Moza R9 besteld had rees er snel een probleem met Fedex. Simplace was vlot bereikbaar en vriendelijk en heeft dit heel snel opgelost. Mijn bestelling werd uiteindelijk nog snel geleverd. Top! De reden dat ik geen vijf sterren geef is dat zij nog een kabelmgt kitje hadden beloofd maar die werd nooit geleverd.

Excellent experience, just bought here for the first time (a monitor stand for triple monitors) and it was shipped the same day. The stand was delivered quickly and everything was in order. I made a mistake in my address and wrote to them immediately after the order, and the response back was super quick (minutes!). Thank you very much, I will definitely shop here in the future again!

Bought Moza R9 wheel base. It was shipped next working day, really impressed with the speed. Extra 6% discount on already very good price. The only regret I have is that they didn't have more Moza products, I would buy more. Thanks.

5* reviews are made in return for discounts. Don't trust them. completely utter bad customer service, he/they lies about shipping costs, lies about fees, and will NOT fix any problem they create. I have been trying to get through to them for a while now, with nothing.

It takes long to deliver my gear but they told me exactly when It will arrive and it did and everything is fine I highly recommend to deal with simplace

Een order geplaatst, en nu na 12 werkdagen (16 kalender dagen) verder, nog geen zicht op eventuele levering. Contact vanuit Simplace is er allen als reactie op mijn mails, of loze belofte van te ontvangen track link. Telefoon neemt men ook niet op, enkel voicemail. Terwijl op de site het bestelde product op voorraad staat, met een shipping duur van 2 dagen.
Zwaar teleurgesteld in de houding van deze firma, en druk ik me nog netjes uit.

Es una broma esta empresa. Compre un cockpit que anunciaban en rebajas (aseguraban envios en 48 hrs) despues de casi 2 semanas y no recibir el producto pregunte por el envio y me contestan que no tienen stock ni lo van a tener. algo muy extraño...que elija otro cockpit o que me devolvia mi dinero. logicamente elegi el reebolso. mi teoria es que habia un error con el descuento del cockpit y en vez de decirmelo claramente me dijeron que nunca mas tendrian stock... A dia de hoy siguen anunciandolo en la web. Nunca volvere a confiar en simplace. Mi order era:ORD2248. tarde 20 dias en recibir mi dinero...

Spectacular way of deal with the costumers.

Ordered a TR160 and a seat for my son's 16th birthday. Placed an order a little bit hesitant, due to the promised 48 hour processing time, but let me tell you IT REALLY IS 48 HOURS! Order was shipped extremely fast! When I got the package I had to assemble it myself to surprise my son, which was not an easy task for a person, that has never touched any kind of tools in their life lol. Reached out to support, and the guys over there guided me through the whole process seamlessly. Thanks for the personal approach and huge help in the biggest surprise of my sons life. Great customer service, plus great after sale support. The team behind Simplace helped me tremendously to get my set-up done correctly. Dispatch and shipping times for the GT1-Evo have also been great!

I pre-ordered the Trak Racer TRX Sim Racing Frame on 11/25/2022 with an estimated shipping date of late December 2022 from Simplace.
First it was supposed to be delivered at the end of December, then it was postponed and I was supposed to receive it at the end of February.
After consultation with Trak Racer, I was told that Simplace had not placed an order with Trak Racer.
That's why the TRX, the first batch is now sold out and I would have to wait for the second batch, which will not be available until the end of May or June.

You have not placed the order again.
Because I think you'll wait until the item is in stock at Trak Racer and then order it,
but thats wrong
as it is a pre-order and the second batch will also be sold out in May-June.
if you don't place the order beforehand.
I don't know what the problem is, just pass my order on to Trak Racer and order.

how is this supposed to work if Trak Racer hasn't received an order from you? Impossible, I've never seen anything like it. I don't think you know what a pre-order is.

They rarely don't always reply to emails or chats, my last email of 3/7/2023 was not answered either.
I've wasted waiting almost 4 months now for absolutely nothing They don't give any updates either. I took care of this problem myself at Trak Racer.
I do not recommend this store in any way, prefer to order directly from the manufacturers or from other stores, there are enough good stores.

Geweldige klantenservice, super kwaliteit producten en snel bezorgd. Beter had ik niet kunnen wensen, helemaal top!

After 2 weeks i have still not received my complete order! But money is withdrawn from my account. Package is now lost with UPS and no reply via the chat.
Worst company ever - will never buy from here again. Have instead order the parts which I never got from the manufacturers websites and got all within few days, at the same price.
Just a hint - look on the manufacturers website instead
