AMAZING service. Panic set in when my glasses arm fell off, Spring hinge snapped off. Didn’t think they would be repairable.

Stumbled across Simplespex online. So fast, 3 days turnaround. Fully repaired & very happy. So glad I found this company. Reasonably priced too.

Having asked another on line specialist I was told that my folding Ray Ban sunglasses could not be straightened after becoming bent out of shape. Simplespex accepted the job and quickly straightened the frame for £12.00 plus postage - great service, prompt, professional and value for money.

Excellent, quick and quality service. I sent them my branded eyeglasses with sunken hinges where the frame arms had come off. In both instances, my glasses were repaired perfectly, and were returned in a couple of days, securely packaged. I highly rate this company and wish to say thank you.

I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon Simplespex after my local optician said that the broken arm could not be repaired (on £500+ pair of glasses). George was so professional and reassuring. The repaired glasses are like new and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will have no hesitation in returning to George for my next pair of glasses. Thank you for a great service.

Amazing company.Repaired a pr of Cartier frames and they look like new.Had them replace lenses with new prescription very fast turnaround.Saved £130 on local high street optician.

I have never before ordered frames or lenses from the internet and was very adamant.
I have been using varifocal lenses over the past 15 years. My current frame was snapped in the middle whist cleaning.
I have contacted Simplespex and spoke to George whom I have found to be extremely professional and knowledgeable in his trade. I have sent him the frame that I have bought myself together with my broken frame.
George has fitted top of the range Zeiss varifocal lenses to my new frame also has fitted my previous lenses from the broken frame to a new frame supplied by Simplespex themselves.
I have now received both frames and am extremely happy and delighted with both of them.
I highly recommend Simplespex to anyone.

Outstanding. They even do premium glass lenses as well as really good plastic ones.

Reglazing by post takes a bit longer than the previous company I tried but it's worth the wait, if they don't have quite what you are looking for then they offer options if you e-mail.

Exceptional service, quick turn around, my broken pair of glasses is as good as new. The most impressive part of their service was making out time to explain in detail how they fixed it. They also made sure to return the little piece left from my broken hinge.

What a fit for purpose service.Thanks George for good communication and advice. You stepped in when my opticians could not offer me a after sales repair service. And they charged me a lot of money for my vari vocals.
I received my new frames within a overnight turn around.
I will certainly use Simplespex again.

They repaired my rimless specs really quickly and, as requested, swapped out the old plastic arms for replacement metal ones. Also, a few weeks later I lost a screw from one of the arms and they sent me some replacement screws the same day (on a Sunday!!) free of charge. What a great service. Special thanks to George.

First class repair work and excellent communication. George repaired my mother's spectacles beautifully, swiftly and for a very fair price, when the high street optician who sold her the glasses, simply offered to sell her a new pair at significant cost.

They, and all the other high street opticians should take a lesson on the importance of customer care and aftersales service from this highly skilled professional.

Enquired online and had a reply over the phone within the hour. Easy to use website, chose the repair and paid online. Glasses returned quickly. The repair is brilliant, an acetate frame that had cracked in two across the bridge, looking at the glasses when wearing them you would never know. Definitely recommend.

Really top service. They repaired my frames (broken spring) and had them back with me within three days. They did a great job, and for a good price too. Warmly recommended.

I have now had 3 impressive services carried out by George at Simplespex. Two of them were frame repairs and one I had new prescription Zeiss lenses fitted to my new frames.
George is so thorough that if he comes across a problem with an order he will make contact to make sure you are fully in the picture. This is unique in online ordering as you are immediately put at ease knowing that your order is being handled by a knowledgeable and trusting person.

George did an outstanding job replacing broken the sprung hinges on my daughters frames. He then went beyond the brief and straightened the arms. The glasses now look like new. I and my daughter were very impressed with his work and the speed with which it was carried out.
