Amazing!

I am a customer for many years of the Shepherds Bush location. I usually do waxing hair removal and they are amazing. I recommend Mona she is great and nice, really good professional 😌

Therapist Pamela at The Chelsea Branch.

Possibly one of the best facials I have ever had! The therapist at The Chelsea branch in London was called Pamela and she was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.
She understands different skin types and makes you feel completely at ease. I would hand on heart give her a 10/10 and l will definitely be going back.

Mona is absolutely wonderful

Mona is absolutely wonderful. She’s always so kind, patient, and comforting during every session. She makes me feel completely at ease, and truly cares about my comfort. I’m so grateful for her gentle approach and professionalism. Highly recommend!
