Great service, clean facilities

I was at the Upminster offices of shumailas a week today to remove a tag on my arm, the first thing that impressed me was the pristine nature of the environment and it's cleanliness, but what got me the most was the professionalism of the staff but more especially upinth(I may have got the spelling of her name wrong) she welcomed us so warmly and she also carried out the procedure. I reccomend this establishment, upinth thank you so very much

I visited shumaila's colchester branch for my hairloss treatment and their staff and service is exceptional, my Consultant Bushra who advised me the best hair loss treatment and Dr. Hira who's doing my treatment are both brilliant and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this treatment and Shumail's Colchester clinic for all hair loss treatments. 😊

My laser esthetician is called Ganimete. She is so so lovely. She always makes me feel so comfortable and calm. I've had two laser sessions so far and both times she engaged in conversation with me in a way that felt like I was talking to a friend. I always feel much better knowing that she will be doing my laser.

Very nice staff and e plain the treatment very well. I saw Kim today and she explained everything that she did.

The first time I came here I was lost and anxious. I met Bushra and she guided me through my options. I chose Hydra-facial and IV-Drips for glow (they have a variety of different options for IV-Drips). Gouni was very reassuring and calming through my Hydra-facial, very professional, experienced and AMAZING. The results for the facial is INCREDIBLE, the glow the shine the fresh looking OMG. Bushra was responsible for my IV-Drips. She is confident and knows exactly what she is doing, also she is has excellent attention to details. And the drips helped with lighting my skin to 2 shades. Very grateful to meet all the staff and get amazing treatment before my graduation. Very trusted and worth it.

I had an eyelash lift and tint and I was looked after by Kim and she was absolutely amazing. Very kind and informative. She made my first experience really calm and relaxing. And the results absolutely blew me away. I would highly recommend Shumailas and definitely Kim.

I had a pleasant experience at this clinic today. I recently enquired about the removal of skin tags and was contacted straight away about a consultation. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and were flexible when booking me in. When I attended the consultation, I was greeted by the main consultant Nazia who was very friendly and polite. She took me through the steps of the procedure and said they could do the treatment straight away. The lady who performed the procedure was Upneet, she was very nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She took care of me and made sure I was feeling ok throughout. I would definitely recommend this clinic for any women looking to remove skin tags. Its also hijab friendly and perfect for women who need privacy.

My experience at Shumailas has been one of the greatest and I am not even exaggerating. Arshya has been been the BEST AT HER JOB. She’s so lovely and friendly and professional she has made me feel very comfortable as u had done lazer and body peeling. 100% recommend.
