I am very satisfied with the service provided by Simply Moving. The price that I was quoted for my move was very competitive compared to other moving services in the area. Everything about my move was explained in detail and it was very easy to make a reservation. The day of my move, the movers arrived on time and completed the move with a high level of professionalism. They took great care of my family's possessions. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to. My only two suggestions for Simply Moving would be to call or email the customer a few days prior to the scheduled moved to confirm and follow up on the reservation. Secondly, to call the customer on the day of the move prior to their arrival to the customers home. I will recommend Simply Moving to all my friends and family for their next move.

I usually I don't write reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. Simply moving company were Simply fantastic. I hired this company to do a move for my parents from Queens, NY to Maryland. First off, the customer agent, Rock, who set everything up was excellent. He came out to the house, checked everything, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Answered all our questions, extremely patient and helpful. The 3 movers were excellent. Ron and company did an excellent job. On time, and delivered as they said. They were fast and went above and beyond to help us. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and would use them again.

We had great experience with our moving. The movers are great.

The movers were on time and took their time to ensure that all the items were properly protected for the move. The price was fair for the amount of work they had to do. My only two complaints would be:

1- We wanted to move the payment to a different credit card but the mover seemed confused by that and we let it go as it wasn't that important

2- The mover apparently felt the new apartment was "too small" and made commentary on that. His opinion was not asked or wanted. They were not there to determine if our items would fit in the new apartment, to play interior decorator or to express his thoughts. Move the items and keep your opinions to yourself.

All that said, I would probably use them again because the most important thing was to make sure everything arrived undamaged.

I will highly recommend Simply Moving. For the price the guys did a great job, move went on schedule and as expected.

Would recommend to anyone that wants a no-frills and affordable move in NYC.

Moved from a 4th floor walk-up. The guys from simply were prompt, friendly, professional, and the entire move only too a few hours. I would absolutely recommend Simply. Ask for Scott, Franky, & Dave.

We had to move a sculpture 6ft tall and 150 lbs The three men who came were respectful appreciative of our concern careful courteous and just plain wonderful and professional We would only use Simply moving in the future Lynne and Barry

The movers showed up on time and were really efficient. They took care with all my furniture and were really nice as well. Coordinating the move in advance was also really easy--the administrative team got all the insurance paperwork filed with our building without any issues. I've moved a few times in NYC and would definitely recommend this company.

The guys at Simply Moving were awesome, especially Mitchell. They were early and fast. All my items made it safely and with no damage. They even got my oversized couch through the most awkward apartment door!

This is my first Yelp review. I am compelled to write because I was really impressed with the Simply Moving team and I want to express my appreciation to them. My initial call was handled by a very professional receptionist (forget her name - Stephanie?). Within an hour, I received a call from Carlos Ramos who walked me through the entire process, asked detailed questions, and arranged an appointment on very short notice. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. He produced a very detailed estimate and also gave important guidance about things which would be best handled by others (our large swing set). Carlos really impressed me. His estimate was very competitive. He earned my trust. I accepted his proposal the following day. The price never changed.

The moving team was lead by Walter. Walter is cool, calm and pleasant. His team consisted of Washington, Varela, Horatio, Salvador, Lopez and Vuke. They packed us up the day before and moved us the following day. To my knowledge - still unpacking! - nothing was broken. The team was very professional, worked very hard, did a great job, and I feel very comfortable recommending them to others.

Great service, fast move. Definitely recommend

Great experience overall. They came early and finished the job quickly. They wrapped all furniture thuroughly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they asked about the tip before the job was done. Tips are extra and should not be asked about.

The three men who worked on my move 9/2/16 were professional, courteous, and personable. They were efficient and made all deadlines. I enjoyed their company and would recommend your company again. I apologize for my late review but I have been traveling.

Despite being a bit late, I do have to give them credit. The mover really worked hard and quickly moving my apartment within 2 1/2 hours. Was friendly, calm and seemed to handle all my boxes with care. Would definitely use again

We recently used simply moving to move from a third floor walk-up and it went as smoothly as possible! The guys showed up right on time, were quick, but through and very nice! Nothing was broken, they wrapped all the furniture and made sure all items were moved safely. The services were also very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend simply moving to friends and family for any move!
