Good drive but not the service

Good drive , but I paid double as I have selected the child seat ( 4-12 years) but the driver came with a baby seat
 so my daughter was without seat ( could not use the baby one!) but I have prepaid so could not change last minute.. I could save almost half price

Excellent service

Nous avons utilisé la compagnie pour notre transfert aller retour de l aéroport de sharm el sheikh a notre hÎtel de naama bay et nous sommes ravis. Leur tarif est en plus trÚs competitif
Ils ont été ponctuels, trÚs agréables et extrêmement professionnels, une personne est joignable en permanence en cas de questions, nous avons par exemple pu avancer notre transfert a la derniÚre minute sans problÚmes.
Merci à eux et a mahmoud pour son sourire !

Booked the Taxi online forgot to


Booked the Taxi online forgot to mention or update the booking and providing the flight number. Times and dates correct! At the point of arrival to our hotel the driver charged me an extra €11 equivalent to 50 reyaal. So over all the fare cost £40 instead of £24 which I already paid.

The normal fare from the Airport is approx 100 Arab riyaal no need to book a transfer as there are many taxis outside the airport waiting
