The Amazing Sam Maddock

Sam Maddock is simply amazing. Very knowledgeable of her field and makes her lesson engaging and lively throughout. Sustains the interest of trainees from start to finish.

Really amazing training from Sam


Really amazing training from Sam Maddock. The energy was great and the instruction was simple and easy to follow. I feel alot more confident about what is required for first aid now.

Absolutely fantastic training from Sam Maddock

Absolutely fantastic training from Sam Maddock. She provided really clear instructions and had a friendly supportive nature. Happily repeated anything I asked her to. I will be recommending her to anyone that asks (or doesn’t)!

Instructor was great

Instructor was great! Would have been nice to see some tea and coffee or other refreshments other than water.

A great course!

My team and I completed the 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work today in the Kings Cross venue. I have completed many of these courses over the years and was refreshing my training with this course. Our trainer Bill, was fantastic. This course topic can sometimes be incredibly boring and one sided, but Bill made this training engaging, relative, humorous and enjoyable; easily one of the best sessions I have attended in my time. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge and enjoys passing that on to give people the tools they need to effectively apply emergency first aid. I would thoroughly recommend attending this course if you are looking to train or refresh your first aid skills.

Ampetronic first aid training 2026 with Sam Maddock

Sam Maddock made the course engaging and entertaining while emphasising the seriousness of needing to learn the course. Also allowed us to learn and make mistakes to learn from.

Highly recommend

Bill was very experienced, clear with his instructions and answered all queries thoroughly. I would highly recommend the course as I now feel much more confident with first aid and what I would do in an emergency.
