I was very nervous about starting the MHFA course, Diane who led the course was amazing and her experience really helped us. The content was somewhat dark at times, but the emphasis on self care and that we could leave the room when it felt too much was fantastic. I would definitely recommend using Transpire for MHFA course to anyone interested in doing it.

MHFA 2 Day Course
I completed a 2 day Mental Health First Aid course with Ali and found it to be really informative, in a easy to follow delivery, Ali was brilliant, made it very interactive and relevant to all of the attendees roles. Would Recommend.

The course instructor was brilliant, she made the group feel very comfortable and had great knowledge!

A well delivered course in easy to understand language. The tutor (Ali) knew her stuff and made us all feel comfortable all the way through the course. I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone considering working in this field or even to help friends or family.

Very knowledgeable staff who are passionate about the subject

I would recommend that all Senior Leaders attend this training as it is so beneficial. I found the MHFA course extremely valuable and engaging. It has increased my understanding of mental health, including how to recognise the signs of someone who may be struggling and how to respond appropriately. The ALGEE framework provided a clear and practical structure that I feel more confident using in real situations.

The course also helped me reflect on my own approach, particularly my tendency to problem-solve, and the importance of listening non-judgementally and creating a safe space for others.

I feel more confident in approaching conversations about mental health and supporting others in a compassionate and appropriate way. Overall, it was a very impactful and thought-provoking course that I would highly recommend.

Just finished 2 day course with Marie as our trainer in Adult MHFA. We had everything we needed equipment wise, and the information and more importantly the answers to all our questions was first class. Would highly recommend.

I have just completed the two-day MHFA England course with Annette and found it to be a really worthwhile experience. Some topics were quite intense, but she created a supportive environment and regularly checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable before continuing.

Her teaching style was clear and engaging, which made the course easy to follow and helped me get a lot out of it.

The Transpire team were also very helpful, especially in getting me onto the waiting list and keeping everything well organised. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering this kind of training.

What a brilliant course! Despite the tough topics Annette held our hand as we navigated them. I am confident that the tools I have been given and the skills I have learnt will help immeasurably going forward both in my professional and personal life.

I have just complete the 2 day course for MHFA England with Annette as our trainer.

Some of the topics were very hard-hitting but Annette was very supportive and made sure each of us were well before proceeding and going into further detail on more sensitive topics.

I found her teaching style to be really engaging and informative, and I am feeling very grateful to have had her lead our group on this. Highly recommend her and the rest of the team at Transpire if you are considering a course like this one for any individuals or an organisation.

The trainer, Marie, was excellent. Her pace was spot on, and she created lots of opportunities for the trainees to ask questions and share their own experiences. The venue was great and centrally located, making it easy to get to. Refreshments were available throughout, and they even allowed me to bring my therapy dog along to the training, so it was very personalised and inclusive.

Although it is an intensive two‑day course, the way it is structured helps maintain focus and keeps the content engaging.
The breakout groups also helped lighten the training and added an element of fun while providing valuable practical experience.
