We are a dealership and we had a problem with an accessory we purchased that they found to be poorly packaged, and we sent numerous requests for help and a solution. They were supposed to send us additional material, but we never received it. They don't respond to our numerous chat requests. We had to purchase additional material externally to resolve the issue. I'm sorry, but we have a negative opinion.

délai de livraison anormalement long
Produit de qualité mais délai de livraison beaucoup trop long et surtout affiché post prise de commande. Si j'avais connu ce délai même approximatif avant le paiement je ne commandais pas chez eux (pour gagner 10 euros par rapport à un site allemand dont les délais sont affichés et garantis).
