The counter staff were friendly, clear in their explanations, and processed the paperwork quickly, so there was almost no waiting time.

The staff were exceptional. Dubai was hit by very violent weather conditions and everyone was concerned about my wellbeing. They were incredibly thoughtful and I am very grateful. I would never of made out to my hotel due to the flooding if not for them.

I had a very positive experience with Sixt, despite a challenging situation in Dubai. Upon arrival, the office was closed, which was quite unexpected. However, this was handled quickly and professionally. Within half an hour, someone arrived with a car, which I consider excellent service.
A special thanks to Muhammad Raja, who assisted me very well. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to continue my trip without any further issues.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and customer focus of Sixt. Highly recommended!

I rented a BMW and when I got to the counter the representative told me that this car was not available and he would give me another car. I was very disappointed but he did everything to make the experience better and provided us with a stunning car! And we left very satisfied thanks to his service! Highly recommend him!

One of the worst companies. Very insensitive. We booked a car to pick from Dubai. However due to the war we had to cancel our holidays (we cannot fly) and also cancelled the booking with SiXT. And guess what, they charged us a cancellation fee. We asked them if the reasons and they said that’s it’s our fault! What??? Never again!!!
