Having received an immediate response to my enquiry, from Wendy shepherd very helpful.

I ordered an extra item by mistake,and i asked for a poss refund on the one item and they said absolutely no problem to refund one item for me,many thanks Wendy Shepherd for your help.

Lovely online store. Easy to navigate and place order. Clear guidance for personalisation on the vase I was ordering. Sadly after placing my order I found out the item was out of stock. A full refund including postage was given. Wendy Shepherd was really helpful in this and apologetic. The only reason for 4 stars is because the item was out of stock and this was not indicated on the website at the time of ordering. Would definitely look to order from here again.

Ordered a first bible gift for my granddaughters christening but was a little worried it wouldn’t arrive in time so I contacted the company and a lovely lady called Wendy Shepard reassured me that my package would be dispatched asap and would arrive in time the bible arrived early and the inscription was beautiful very happy with my purchase, I would definitely recommend this company excellent customer service

There is absolutely no after sales care. Delivered a shed and a playhouse with no instructions in either. Was told they are online - they are not and no-one is answering the phone at their end. Feel like I have been duped here.

I placed an order of over £2200 with sheds.co.uk - part of Sixty Stores - for delivery of a large garden shed and its erection on July 6th.
Money was taken from my credit card on July 6th and the order was confirmed by Forest Garden, another subsidiary/contractor to Sixty Stores.

They promise speedy delivery but now - almost 6 weeks weeks later - after taking my money, I have received no further communication and their website claims not to recognise my order:- Forest Garden Order Acknowledgment S-00039067.

Is this a scam company?

Item arrived with a blemish in the engraving. I emailed customer services and Wendy Shepherd responded within 24 hours and arranged for a replacement. Replacement arrived the following day

We rented a car in London Heathrow Airport and left a debit card for the security deposit. Upon returning the car, we were assured the deposit would be refunded within 5 business days. It has now been 19 business days and we still haven't received our money back. We have already contacted them twice with no resolution. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Completely untrustworthy!

Bought an umbrella cover for my outside cantilever umbrella. Description on the website was misleading and when the item arrived it was not suitable for the purpose. Complained to the company but they disagreed (as expected!!) so I’m stuck with the return postage cost to get a refund. Found a better and cheaper product elsewhere. Will not use these people again despite buying other products in past from them

We bought rattan garden furniture from this company 3 years ago and it’s now falling apart. This type of furniture should last a lot longer. We have better made rattan furniture that has lasted 10 years… we still have it. We contacted the company and they’ve washed their hands of us, refusing any kind of support or compensation so we’ll be escalating to Trading Standards.

I ordered a Maze cleaning kit which should have contained two different bottles of cleaning/protective solutions. The cleaning solution was missing from the package when it arrived. I contacted the customer helpline. Following their advice, I took a photograph of the package and emailed it to them. They responded promptly and about ten days later I received a new complete cleaning kit. Wendy dealt with the issue and I am very grateful to her.
My only suggestion for improvement would be for the company to inform the customer what they intend to do about a problem, because until I received the replacement kit, I wasn’t sure that the company was doing anything at all. However I am a very satisfied customer.

I found them very good and the product was good quality. I will use them again

Was rather concerned I’d not had a confirmation of order email within 24hrs so completed an online enquiry form.

I didn't get a confirmation email through, but Wendy was very helpful and let me know when it was due to arrive.

AVOID at all costs! Rip off, money goes through, you wait for days before they'll even sort an invoice. Delivery to your door means on the road in the street! The reviews on the website are not real, nothing below 3* is listed!
Bought a shed, lots not supplied, lots of pieces broken, instructions didn't apply to the size of shed and the roof could not be fitted without me buying 7ft lengths of wood to span across to actually hold the panels. All of the panels on the shed were not the size they should be, all had to be cut to fit. Huge gaps in the wood where they should have been tongue in groove they were just gaping gaps! Panels did not match up like on the photos on the website, was dismissed and told that's why we supply strips of wood to detract your eye away! Cheap, shoddy sheds and customer service is disgusting. They ghost you on anything they are not willing to answer. Ben will take your money happily, supplying the product is another thing and if you're expecting quality, these aren't the people you want. I asked 3 times for the link to write a review, this is my first step, CAB next. I'd hate to think more people are taken in by these scammers. Honestly, go local and see what you're buying! Rip off business with no customer service and no morals! Shame on you Ben!

I found the website easy to order from, when I didn’t get a tracking email, I emailed the company and Wendy was so so helpful and gave me an exact time of when my parcel would be delivered!

I unboxed it and I am absolutely chuffed with the product!
