Your order was placed on Saturday afternoon, and unfortunately due to an inventory issue, it was not dispatched until Tuesday. On top of that, it was mistakenly sent via 48h delivery instead of the 24h service you were eligible for, which is not the experience we aim to provide.
We sincerely apologise for this. As soon as we identified the issue, we immediately refunded the out-of-stock item and offered a £15 store credit as a gesture of goodwill, but we recognise that this doesnât make up for the inconvenience caused.
This situation is not reflective of our usual standards, and we are reviewing our internal processes to prevent this from happening again, both in terms of stock accuracy and shipping selection.

This sunscreen meets all my requirements - it's natural, non-nano and doesn't leave a white cast but more of a dewy sheen. Just to point out - I have fair skin so it may show up more on darker complexions. Also I was surprised how little you need, just a quarter teaspoon for the whole face. The price was about average for the size and type of suncream so coupled with only needing a small amount I think it's good value.
