Une très bonne expérience ! Le site est agréable avec une navigation facilitée pour découvrir les caractéristiques des produits. Plusieurs points forts : la liste des produits nocifs bannis avec des pictogrammes clairs pour se repérer parmi les produits selon ses besoins spécifiques + le quizz très pertinent qui permet de rapidement identifier les meilleurs produits pour soi. Je suis très satisfaite des recommandations qui m'ont été faites. Et expédition très rapide !

Un service client aux petits soins et très réactif ! Ma commande est arrivée 2j après la date de livraison annoncée (livraison gratuite) et sans aucune demande de ma part j'ai reçu un mail d'excuses et un bon d'achat.

Fantastic company. Before order they offer a quick test to check what skin type do you have and then they match the best products to your skin. Very easy to order and some fantastic products. I can highly recommend the company to anyone :)
