La señorita Nela fue muy amable conmigo y entendió muy bien lo que necesitaba. Dio solución rápida a mis dudas. Agradezco mucho la ayuda.

Es facil interactuar con ellos,atienden rapido cualquier co sulta o pedido.
Quisiera agradecer a keny la que me guio en todo.

Voto 3 stelle per premiare l'assistenza al cliente.
Dietro la promessa di una box al costo di 2,00 euro, mi è invece stato attivato un abbonamento periodico di poco più di 40 euro. Probabilmente sono stata superficiale a non leggere le condizioni del contratto.
L'aspetto positivo è che l'assistenza in chat è stata efficiente nel disattivare l'abbonamento.
Un consiglio all'azienda è di essere più trasparente nella proposta per dare tutte le informazioni utili al cliente per evitare false aspettative.

Pure scammers!

I was trying to buy something online, and when I moved to the payment, the payment page of these scammers came up. I simply thought that they might be an agent of the online shop so I went ahead and paid, but made sure to uncheck the recurring membership fee. After the payment, they started sharing these weird membership details which I never intended to be a part of, and I realised that I failed to buy the product I wanted.

On accessing their account, it stated that I am entitled to pay the recurring membership fee of 46.00 EUR! Ridiculous! I asked them to cancel my account via the live chat (because the site blocked me from cancelling), and they initiated a request which would take 14 days, whereas the next payment is scheduled in 3 days! Just imagine the level of incompetency!

Took me 4 tries with their live chat and more than 2 hours to finally make them cancel my account immediately, at a point of which, they asked for more money for immediate cancellation! Only when I mentioned how they are violating the GDPR policies did they pay attention to my request. I got handed over to 7 different customer support representatives before they could cancel my account, and when I requested that they confirm over email that no further payments will be taken, they said it would take 24 hours, but still no luck on the email confirmation.

I will go ahead and report to all authorities about their scams so that they may be obstructed as much as possible before they go scamming other people.
