Do not purchase from them.
No item ever arrived and trying to get a refund out of them is hard work.

This is an update to my earlier review concerning purchase of an orrery. Like the previous reviewer I could not get a full refund so sent a dispute to my card company (Barclaycard). Filling out the claim form online took ages but Skorter have now accepted the dispute and I have my full refund. I strongly advise others to raise a dispute with your bank even if the amount of money you have lost is affordable - keep your email trail and invoice for evidence - they rely on you giving up - don’t let them get away with it.

This company sells fake products, which are of poor quality and do not work properly, in my case a flowerpot table lamp.
The item arrived in a damaged box, taped over several times and had been clearly opened before. My request for a free return and full refund was completely refused, even after sending photos and at least 10 emails.
Do not buy from this company, worst experience ever.

Ordered ladders on 28th October and received email today asking if they can give me a gift card instead of the ladders as they’re out of stock. The answer is no of course.

I have never experienced more terrible customer service. It took 10 emails to figure out how I can return an item. They said that I can get a full refund for a cable box that looked like it costs $10 and I paid $100 because on the website it looked "high end". THEY said I must mail it back to the warehouse for $100 and then I can get a refund. Well if my math is mathing...this company is a scam artist.

Item took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. There was a lot of nonsensical but reassuring emails sent seller would not cancel and redirect the package when they could not locate it. Could not provide a tracking number. Possibly did not ship until I complained about it being missing.100% plastic shipped direct from China. It is not a Scandinavian company as one might assume.

This is chinese scam website. Avoid at all cost!

Do not buy anything from this company! I tried to cancel the order but they shipped it anyway. Returns are not hassle-free and very expensive. They make the return policy so complicated and requirements so onerous so nobody will bother. A complete scam. I give this company zero stars

I ordered a Parcel in early/mid December and it still has not arrived.
The tracking website is sketchy and unclear. However the support is nice but has not yet proven helpful.

I will edit this review should it arrive.
