Rynx continues to flout Australian Consumer Laws.
Following my negative review of my experience with Rynx in December 2025, Rynx was in touch to âresolve the problem as quickly as possibleâ. Customer Service is a scam. I keep getting similarly worded letters from an array of different names under the âCustomer Serviceâ heading. I donât think these people exist. I have asked for an explanation as to why they were going against their own returns policy and Australian Consumer laws. This is ignored. I have asked for the matter to be referred to their legal department. This is ignored. I have asked for the email address of its supposed parent company. This is ignored. Rynx Australia will be pleased to know that they have ground me down and they wonât be hearing from me again. But there is a principle at stake and I have now referred my complaint to the ACCC for their records. I urge anyone else that is having problems do likewise. I have the postal address for the parent company and certainly intend letting them know what a shoddy operation their Australian franchise is.
