Great customer service
I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!

Your company and agents are during everything right. I recently had a death in the family. Neil assisted me with changing my flight plans. He was kind, considerate, very respectful, and most of all extremely patient and knowledgeable. He stayed on the line until I received my confirmation email regarding the changes and broadening passes.

I had a great experience working with Neil Smith from Skyhikes. My mom's flight had to be changed due to a medical emergency in our family and he made sure that we were able to get the dates we wanted with waiving change of fee and taxes on the flight. He was very helpful and definitely made our day today :)
