The whole experience was smooth, blind fitted perfectly, really pleased with how it operates and has made such a difference to our living room area, would recommend to anybody 😀 👌

It’s a great blind no wires going


It’s a great blind no wires going across the opening
My blind was very large 4.100x3755 you have to make it upside down and then turn it over which was not easy being that size
I have fitted hundreds of conservatives if I was still working I would recommend this blind to all of them

electric roof lantern blind

I ordered an electric roof lantern blind from Blinds direct.
The blinds are good value for money and are of a great quality. The blind was easy to install, looks great and has kept the harsh sun off our furnishings.

Lantern blind

Easy instructions for measuring followed by delivery of a very well made blind. Installing was a two person job which was easy after watching the installation videos. I’m very happy with the blind that works just as described.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish, always responding quickly to any questions. Good quality product and easy to handle due to light weight. Anyone with some basic DIY skills can assemble and install these blinds, but be sure to read the (very good) instructions, and to take care with your measurements. Very pleased overall!

The ordering of the blind and the site was very easy to use.
The order arrived as stated and the blind was easy to put together and install.
They work perfectly and have made a huge difference to the room.

Lantern blind success

Having had the lantern blind in place during some of the recent very hot weather we are very pleased to have it installed in time to reduce the sun's heat in our garden room. Installing it ourselves we appreciated the emphasis on precise measurement accuracy pre ordering. The pre sales literature clearly defined the types of blind and the benefits of the different options. The assembly and installation guide was good and helpful but could be edited to improve some point in the process. The customer support team were excellent throughout the order, dispatch and post delivery support (Naomi was great). We consider this a very cost effective purchase.

Hi Michael, i'm so glad you got it installed just in time! I can imagine how satisfying it must have been sitting in your garden room during those recent scorchers, nice and cool thanks to your new blind.
You obviously did everything by the book with the measuring and research, which shows. We always say the preparation is half the battle with these installations, and you clearly smashed it.
Really useful feedback about the assembly guide - we're always tweaking and improving our instructions based on what customers tell us works well (and what doesn't!). I'll make sure Naomi sees your lovely comment too - she'll be thrilled.

Great product

My blind arrived on time, was well packaged and installation instructions clear. I managed to get it in place before the most recent heatwave and it has made all the difference.

Great service and blinds!

Great communication, delivery when promised. Installation fairly easy (once I'd properly read the online instructions!), and Noami very responsive when I had misunderstood one of the steps trying to set up the smart control on the blinds, and helped me resolve. All in all a great service - thank you!

Roof blind for conservatory

We ordered a roof blind for our conservatory. It arrived well packaged. We had a few issues working out how to fit it, but we're given guidance from Skylight. Definitely a 2 person job. We are very happy with it, as we have been able to use the conservatory, even in this hot weather we've been having. Would recommend this company.

Solar electric blackout blinds.

Bought two solar electric blackout blinds from Skylight Blinds-direct for velux windows. Found them easy to install only four screws. They fitted perfectly, make sure to select the correct velux reference number when ordering, can be found on a sticker when opened. Very pleased with the result, they operate smoothly with the remote control with complete flexibility as to how much they are open or closed. A small issue with the package contents was resolved quickly, customer service was excellent
