Very nice drive home, great to chat with Jason rather than play on my phone , thank again

As a regular user of skyline taxis from a remote location in castlethorpe village as a disabled person with no transport and no public transport services, I was alarmed to find that my regular weekly visit to Tesco in Wolverton (3.9 miles) had an unannounced unacceptable price hike from £7.40 to £9.50 (apparently a new fixed rate!) Then when a friend had visited me in castlethorpe yesterday and booked a taxi from my home address to a location in Bradville (5.0) the taxi was only £8.20!! What is going on and why are skyline charging an extortionate extra £2.10 for a previously (last week) fixed rate of £7.40 for over a year? Yet the driver's still only receive £6.50 for that particular journey!! They are fixing the prices to whatever they want, whenever they want and targeting vulnerable single parents who are disabled and rely on the service to leave the village to go shopping once a week.

We had two great experiences with the same driver, Jason, Number 630, taking my family to and from the airport.
He was punctual, professional and a thoroughly nice person.

Jason (driver 630) picked us up from Heathrow airport on Sunday evening. His pro-active communication made for a smooth pickup and meant we had none of the usual problems of finding our driver after a long journey. My wife and kids loved his car which was pristine and spacious. Jason made sure we were comfortable and updated us regularly in our ETA. Jason was the best driver we have had from Skyline so far!

I would highly recommend Jason Kirkwood, after a night flight with a 6 year old & 5month year old baby, he was very helpfully with our language, with plenty of space in the 7 seater, we felt safe in his service! Would request him again

We were picked up from Stansted Airport by Jason and we had a very lovely journey home. The car was very clean and comfortable, I will definitely be requesting Jason for my airport transfers henceforth. Highly recommended.

Jason ( driver number 630 ) was superb he kept us up to date with everything only had to wait a very short time at pick up, would 100% ask for him every time we use skyline and that will be a lot more now, thanks Jason you were great👍👍

Taxi turned up late and waited at the wrong house. Then claimed their card machine was broken, so wanted cash. All very inconvenient. Message sent about poor service did not receive an apology. Poor service. Unlikely to use this business again.

Terrible service. Unreliable. Booked a taxi the nught before and failed to arrive. This has happened on multiple occassions.

It’s simple this company rips you off charge you £4.50 to get to where you want to go. So obviously you book to return thinking all well and sorted. Wrong taxi arrives you couple minutes late driver has go at you saying I’m waiting even though it’s now 8.27 according to his clock. Looked at meter it said £11.50 I said it’s £4.50 he demanded money I said I will pay on card he said want cash. I refused he said take me to cash machine to get out cash our. I had cash but wanted to pay on card so I could dispute it with card company. They know what they are doing as cash no come back on them our word against them but I have the WhatsApp message shows different costs for same journey. The drivers all are very intimidating close to threatening the way he said you will give me cash. Don’t bother calling company as they have well rehearsed crap as no way they will do anything as they have cash you try and prove it. I was told I will get back the over charge until I do I will write a review on every site against then till I get money back. I know it’s only £7 but we mush stand up together or they get away with it £7 x100000 is £750k overcharged

Booked a taxi .. took the money no acceptance no email .. rebooked price gone up .. accepted .. Taxi ended up two mile s away said couldn’t find us .. tried to find us and disappeared into another estate . new driver details appeared .. then another driver .. said 1 minute .. by then missed train . BEWARE
