Booked and confirmed whilst on the train coming back from London. No sign of taxi on arrival at Didcot. Put me down as the 'no show'.....

Everything went well, taxi was on time and easy journey.

Ordered a taxi and told it would be with us in 15 minutes. Called up after 15 minutes sitting in cold outside Weston library. No taxi . Asked where it was to be told they hadn’t ordered it but would send one our way in 5 minutes. Not impressed. Used to be reliable when last in Oxford. Pity

Cheap, cheap, not robbing us all!

I ordered a 6-seat minibus taxi last week & last night via the App. They sent a 3-seat car each time. I even called their office hours in advance to double-confirm I wanted a 6-seat minibus, and they said they would. They ruined my Friday night evening out in Oxford.

They are not one star but I needed their attention. I booked a trip to Gatwick easily, the car was on time, clean and the driver was lovely. When we got to Gatwick there was some confusion. The driver was convinced I'd prepaid, but I wasn't. I ended up walking into the airport without paying thinking I will check with 001. I text, emailed and phoned. I spoke to several people many times on hold, payment over the phone for some reason was too complex but they said they would send a payment link but they only sent review links like this one. Now I'm abroad and still attempting to rectify. It's almost like they don't want my cash, but I feel awful for the driver! 001 taxi. You have my mobile number and email address or can contact me via the app... I'd like to pay please!
