Skypets absolutely saved the day when we imported our 3-year old dog from the US. We only discovered we needed a clearing agent about 10 days before we flew to the UK, but Skypets was able to help right away. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process. They kicked off a preclearance check with LHR as well, which caught a few issues with our existing documentation. Skypets even reached out to our vet independently to make sure they understood the urgency of our request for updated documents.

Oh, and when we had a last minute request for last-mile deliver, they accomadated that with ease.

I cannot thank Ali and Helen from Skypets enough. We are so grateful to you for getting our pet safely to our new home. If you need to ship your dog to the UK, look no further, this is the company to use.

Helen and Ali were brilliant at dealing with the reception at Gatwick of my Canadian import puppy Clovie. They took the worry out of the proceedings and kept me well informed. They took good care of Clovie whilst waiting for clearance and brought her out to me a happy girl. Very grateful and would reccommend their services.

Hiring SkyPets was the best choice we made as we moved our family (and our dog!) from the US to the UK. Helen and her team were so helpful and kind, incredibly communicative (even over a bank holiday), and put our minds at ease during what is a very stressful process. They helped us through a very stressful situation with a major airline/cargo mixup, and delivered a happy pet to our door hours later. I will absolutely use them again should we ever face another move!

I don't recommend this firm as I don't see their real help in getting my pet UK, we sent documents like pet passport which got correct chip number and blood test certificate which got incorrect chip number, I think it was there responsibility to check if documents are correct and in place but they told us only after our pet landed to Heathrow and that costed is extra money and we received simple response saying we are just helping agent to get your pet clearance not to check documents. Because it was emotional time for us did not say anything, also about treatment vet mentioned dontal puppy instead of drontal plus which then he tried to correct in a writing letter head but that was not accepted and forcefully kept my dog in 24 quarantine and also gave extra dose of ticks and fly. I saw a post on their fb page and it was saying they imported a dog without original documents and still it got cleared within 4 hours. I don't know what it is but my experience is very bad altogether.

Skypets helped us fly our two dogs from the UK to Cambodia.
The move was during COVID and airline schedules and restrictions were changing frequently. Helen and the team worked hard to find new routes and airlines that worked with all the changing parameters. There were also some uncertainties around paperwork required and Helen went out of her way, and using her extensive network, to find solutions.

It was really important for us to have a team we trusted looking after the dogs' journey as we were having to quarantine in Cambodia whilst the dogs waited in the UK. I always felt Skypets kept on top of everything and really do care.

Skypets, and in particular Helen, showed great skills, professionalism and enduring patience throughout the long and complex task of moving my three dogs from the UK to Australia during Covid restrictions. The journey with the dogs began 6 months prior to their entry into Australia and was a minefield of paperwork commencing with blood tests, import licences, flight bookings, quarantine bookings and the last two months of blood tests and parasite treatments. Helen facilitated communication between myself, my local vet and the Heathrow export vets to ensure the paperwork was completed at the due time and correctly. There were no second chances as when we initially decided the date for travel the Australian borders were due to open. 3 months prior to flying and the closure was extended which meant reduced flights. However, Helen had secured a reliable flight. The dogs were picked up on time and the dogs taken to Heathrow for their final vetting and boarded the next day. Three days later they arrived in Australia in good health and spirits. Helen kept me informed of their movements with photos and emails at every step of the journey. I was very fortunate in being able to engage Skypets to move my dog family. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any complex or long journey that you are thinking of undertaking.
