I did not receive my E-ticket

I did not receive my E-ticket. I have to physically obtain it at the airline. The overall booking experience was a nightmare.

I want to note for some context that Skyscanner is a travel search engine that helps you find the best travel options. Once you have found what you're looking for, you are always redirected to your chosen airline or travel agent's website where you make your booking directly. As a result of this, Skyscanner has no access or control over your booking and your travel provider will be best placed to assist you.

To support you the best that we can, I have contacted you directly and we will review this experience with your booking provider, FlightNetwork. I'll ask them to investigate why you didn't receive your e-ticket and to address this experience.

Dear Flight Network Support Team,

Dear Flight Network Support Team,

I am following up on an overcharge on my credit card. I contacted customer service the same day and was promised a review, but received no update.

When I contacted support again, I was told the charge came from my bank; however, my bank confirmed they did not make this charge.

I have screenshots as evidence and request an urgent review and resolution.

Once you have found what you're looking for, you are redirected to the airline or travel agent's site, where you make your booking directly. Since bookings aren’t made with us, we’re unable to access or manage them. A fantastic air travel and fares partner

I have been using Skyscanner for almost 5 years now to book air fares and I am very happy with the experience. Not only the search engine gives me the best combination of flights, associated costs and convenience it also is very easy to navigate and tailor ones requirements for flights search. I recommend Skyscanner to anyone who would like a neat service with no hidden charges and nasty surprise.
