I am sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience with the travel provider Kiwi after using Skyscanner for your search. 

As a travel search engine, Skyscanner doesn't have access to the bookings made after leaving our site. However, we continuously monitor the service and performance of the partners that we work with, and feedback from our users plays an important role in this.

I am sorry to hear that after finding your flights on Skyscanner, you didn't receive your booking details or tickets after several days once you booked with a travel provider. 

To provide some context, once you have found your flights on Skyscanner, you will be redirected to the airline or travel agent's site to complete the booking with them directly. If you have booked with an online travel agent, they will first have to confirm the booking with the airline before they are able to confirm the booking with you. Whilst this is usually quite a quick process, it can take up to 72 hours or sometimes longer. 

I am also sorry to hear that you have found incorrect information on a travel provider's site. The flight details, prices and availability on Skyscanner are provided to us directly by the travel providers, and we display this on their behalf. Whilst we are always working to ensure the data we show is correct and up to date, if a travel provider's site has incorrect information, we are unable to access their systems directly to verify or correct this. However, we appreciate it when our users let us know about this so we can look into it and follow up with the provider accordingly.

To give you some context, Skyscanner is a travel search engine that compares prices from airlines and travel providers. We don't set prices and instead, prices are provided by our partners and we display them on our website.
