Skyscanner is a travel search engine, so we don’t handle bookings directly. Instead, we compare options from airlines and travel agents, allowing travellers to choose the option and provider that best suits them. When an option is selected, the booking is then made with that provider.

We understand that experiences with individual providers can vary, and we’d be interested to know more about what happened in your case. If you’d like us to look into your experience, you can contact our Support team with the details of your search or booking.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear you had this experience. 

To give you some context, Skyscanner is a travel search engine and we don't take bookings ourselves. Once you've selected the option you want on Skyscanner, you're redirected to the travel provider's website, where you complete your booking. For that reason, your travel provider is best placed to help with any booking-related queries.

Although we can't access your booking from our side, we're still happy to look into this. If you could get in touch with us via the link below and let us know the name of the company you booked with, we can investigate further. This is likely to be different from the rental supplier, Evolve Rentals, and you can usually find the booking provider's name in your booking confirmation or on your bank statement.

At Skyscanner, we aim to be as accurate as possible with our prices; however, we receive all the prices directly from hundreds of providers, and this is what we display in our results. Availability and prices can change very quickly, and it is updated in real time.

Of course, very occasionally it might be that we have a technical problem leading to an incorrect price. If you feel this might be the case, we would be very grateful if you could provide us with the details of your search at the link below.
