Our experience with Skyscanner was great but Booking.com was hopeless. Booking hotels was always worked really well but flights are dreadful. Please don't use them for your flights.

People be careful, they took $750 didn't fly

skyscanner was a good app but now ill never will fly with them again,, i paid $750 in the rubbish then asked visa,paid for visa, I was going to Australia and I have an Australian passport SELF TRANSFER , Skyscanner STOP THAT SHIT , ITS NOT RIGHT the ticket wasn't the cheap, SELF TRANSFER IS MAKING YOU LOOK DOWN

To give some context, Skyscanner is a travel search engine. You can use our site to search for flights but we don't set prices or handle bookings ourselves. It is likely that you used Skyscanner to search and then made your booking with one of our travel providers. 

When a flight involves a self transfer, this is usually notified during the search on our site and during the booking flow with the provider so that you can make an informed choice about your travel. We'd like to investigate this further so we can clarify the situation for you.

i booked the wrong date one day early


i booked the wrong date one day early by accident and tried to get a refund so i could book another place while overseas.
i haven’t heard back which obviously means i will not be getting refunded. i usually use Sky scanner but never again.

Just to clarify, Skyscanner is a comparison site, so the booking (and any refund/changes) would be handled directly by the travel provider you booked with. This will also be subject to their terms and conditions.

Easy way to find our flights for our upcoming south east Asia trip. Allowing us to use the filters was ok, however I would suggest a more comprehensive list/options to really individualise the search. Also adding more airlines and options would make it even easier for us oldies.
Overall was pleased yo rely on what was on offer.
