It was easy to seach for cheapest flight on one go instead of struggling from one site to another to make a comparison

You have to exclude booking agencies misleading consumer with market tricks. They have high hidden fees especially BAGGAGE
They should advertise their prices including 20 or 23kg baggage

Being able to update name spelling mistakes in the messaging app, very polite, very helpful. And followed through with an email once everything was in order. I was expecting drama and difficulty, that didn't happen
