Slapsta レビュー

Great packs, next day delivery service. Cant fault.

Made a small order from Slapsta. I wasn’t happy with the design on the website which wasn’t a problem as I was quickly put through to someone who came up with design which I loved straight away. They added a logo I needed. The parcel came and the product is of highest quality. Big thank you!

Very professional high quality service and products. I misunderstood the lead time sent an email replied within an hour with my queries resolved i didn't even need to contact them back

I have to take the time to write this on the Easter weekend as Bailey spent his time on Easter working on my order and even completing it !!
Thank you so much, literally the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Keep up the great work Bailey

10 out of 10 for customer service

Replied within 10 minutes, friendly and more than happy to help.

I would recommend this company and will be using there services from now on.

Found this company on line and decided to give them a go. From start to finish we have been blown away by the service and end design / products they have supplied. I would recommend this company to anyone. A 5 star service.

Great service , despite me being quite fussy with this particular design, Tom spent the day back and forth over WhatsApp perfecting every little detail for me to ensure they were perfecr. They then printed to a high quality and ensured my Mylar bag printing was to a high standard before collecting.

I think it was a longer job than we initially both expected but Slapsta ensured that I was happy with everything before finishing the job.

Really pleased to have found this gem of a business and recommend for all your design and printing needs

I found the team fantastic to work with and the quality of my order was outstanding!

Ordered on a Monday, they got back to me Tuesday & designed my stuff then I received it on the Thursday.
It’s my 5th time ordering from these guys , no problems, just solutions !
5 star service 💪

These guys quality and creativity is something else. The speed they deliver and how they deal with back and forth with revisions is one of the best designers I’ve dealt with. They listen to you thoroughly and their turnaround is great. Hayden dealt with my design and the feedback I’ve received from colleagues and family is insane. Im glad I’ve found great designers and products for the long term!

I had the pleasure of Hayden helping me not only did we come up with a cool design for my bags he also did my logo for my company he was patient kind never got a attitude if I wanted something different or changed! Great customer service look forward to ordering direct print bags in January

Ordered from here many time’s, always brilliant customer service from the team. My experience with them has been memorable. Designs by Hayden, unreal and very friendly. Tom has always managed to look after me whenever I had a question or needed to place an order ASAP. Bailey & Robyn kept everything in line and updated me during my process. What more can I ask for. Look forward to ordering again next week.
